From explaining the procedures and expected results, the booking in, the procedures itself and the aftercare, Queenie and her team are so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and understanding.

And Queenie herself takes so much pride in delivering the best results possible. Personally making sure all the end results are as close to perfect as she could possibly make them.

I had my eyebrows semi-perminant make up done 6 months ago. Just had my eyeline semi-perminant make up finished today. The eyebrows have enhanced my facial features so much since I had them done. Also as a bonus Queenie agrees to a light touch up for my eyebrows for free, just to make sure that they are to her high standards. That's the kind of commitment and chase for perfection Queenie has for her trade and skills.
