Honestly, I am never the type to leave bad reviews, and I really didn’t want to write one. However, this clinic has disappointed me in several ways. After finally convincing my husband to get tear-trough filler, I chose practitioner Karan because the photos he posted online looked very good. We went ahead with the procedure, but after about a week, I noticed that the filler under his eyes was not blending into the skin and a line under is eye is visable.
I contacted the clinic, and they told me to wait at least 4 weeks for it to settle. After 4 weeks, the issue was still clearly visible, so I reached out again with my concerns. Instead of addressing the problem directly, both Karan and his wife, Gulshan, continuously deflected. They responded with long paragraphs, but avoided acknowledging the actual issue I was pointing out. I kept repeating that the problem was the filler not blending into the skin it was not about the bone structure or the cheeks yet they kept avoiding the topic.
They even brought up my lips because I had once had a consultation there in the past, even though I never went through with that treatment. I found this completely irrelevant and unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to shift the focus instead of taking responsibility.
When I expressed that I expected them to correct the issue, they told me they would not, and that if any correction was needed, we would have to pay again after already spending £375. They then offered only a free consultation, which felt like a way to avoid actually helping.
After the poor communication, the deflecting, and the lack of accountabilityalong with the unsatisfactory resultI would never return. I am deeply disappointed both in the outcome and in the way the situation was handled.
