I have been getting glasses for the past 13 years of my life, and have always been to Specsavers, so when I was told by a family member about the quality at Osbournes, I thought I would try it out. I soon regretted this decision.
The range of glasses is decent, and the eye tests were good, with advanced machinery, but these weren’t my issues. When I received my glasses, I expected great quality, fitting and comfortable glasses, like those that I have gotten from Specsavers previously, for a cheaper price (I have also never had any issues with my glasses from Specsavers, never had to go back to get then fixed or refitted apart from when I have caused severe damage to them accidentally.)
But, to my avail, the glasses didn’t fit, were very flimsy, uncomfortable, and make an uncomfortable impression on top of my nose, as the nose pads didn’t even fit right. The lenses also clicked in and out of place, one of them sticking out permanently, which has never happened to me before, as I get them thinned down. Obviously, I was shocked, also getting severe migraines in the first week of wearing them. I went back to get them corrected, and even though they were temporarily fixed, my nose is still in pain, they slide down my face constantly, they don’t fit my nose ridge and are overall an extreme disappointment, even after I went back to get them fixed. They didn’t stay repaired for long due to fragility, returning to the uncomfortable state before, just a day after getting them repaired.
Overall, I do NOT recommend Osbournes in Evesham - The Specsavers down the main road will give you much better glasses, higher quality, no issues and for cheaper prices.
