I chose this clinic because of the excellent reviews, and Kevin was kind and professional during my appointment.

Unfortunately, the jaw Botox didn’t work for me, and shortly afterwards I developed significant ear symptoms (later identified as middle ear myoclonus), which has caused me a lot of anxiety.

I appreciate that they did offer a top-up appointment, but due to my experience I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding with further treatment.

I understand results and reactions can vary, but I do think it’s important for people to be aware that not everyone has a straightforward experience. Show less »

Booked an appointment some months ago,Kevin removed a large wart on top of my head!..due to the fact it was a large wart Kevin told me to leave it for 8-12 weeks and if I had concerns it hadn’t been fully dispersed to make another appointment and come back for him to take a look and should he need to zap anything still there it would be done free of charge... I booked my second appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t attend and totally forgot to inform Clare I couldn’t make my appointment. I was phoned by them and after I’d explained and apologised was told that should I require any work in the future I’d have to pay for the missed appointment! I’m slightly confused as to how I would have to pay for missing the appointment when it was to be free of charge anyway!
I’m not in the habit of just not attending booked appointments and I did apologise for not informing them before the booked time/date,personal problems unfortunately took president!
I could not fault Kevin,he put me at ease with his friendly demeanour and expertise but being told I’d have to pay for a ‘Did not show’ when the appointment was free has left me slightly bemused and a tad upset! Show less »

Kevin is an amazing doctor. This was my first time experience with an aesthetic clinic of this kind and it was an absolute pleasure. Kevin is clearly very knowledgeable, but also just a kind and honest human being. My masseter botox (done half for asthethics,half for dental treatment )was super smooth and made a huge difference. Kevin is an amazing doctor. This was my first time experience with an aesthetic clinic of this kind and it was an absolute pleasure. Kevin is clearly very knowledgeable, but also just a kind and honest human being. My masseter botox (done half for asthethics,half for dental treatment )was super smooth and made a huge difference. I felt comfortable and understood all the way through. I also appreciated that when I asked about maybe adjusting my face with another treatment too Kevin took a good look and gave me his honest opinion rather than try to sell- sign of a genuine doctor for me.
