I have been a client of this clinic for over two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my skin. I came here struggling with Rosacea accompanied by erythema and hyperpigmentation which affected not only my appearances, but also my confidence and overall well-being.

I would especially like to thank Gosia – a highly skilled and dedicated professional. From our very first appointment, I experienced a high level of professionalism, impressive knowledge of skin concerns, and a truly individual approach to each client. Gosia helped me understand my skin’s needs and continuously supported me throughout the process of improving its condition. The results are clearly visible – my skin looks so much better now compared to when we first met.
Beyond her expertise, Gosia stands out for her empathy, calm approach, and genuine desire to help. I always felt supported, could rely on honest advice (not only related to skincare), and had the reassuring feeling that I was in the good hands.

I would also like to highlight Gosia’s wonderful facial massages, which truly help clients feel better both physically and mentally. For anyone who prefers more natural methods rather than invasive treatments on the face or skin, I wholeheartedly recommend the Kobido facial massage (Japanese facial massage). I attended Facial Secrets recently to have a skin tag removed from my eyelid. I’ve wanted this removed for years and finally plucked up the courage to book in. Gosia was very professional and made me feel at ease. Nice relaxed clean treatment room. I attended Facial Secrets recently to have a skin tag removed from my eyelid. I’ve wanted this removed for years and finally plucked up the courage to book in.
Gosia was very professional and made me feel at ease. Nice relaxed clean treatment room.
Not only did Gosia removed the one from my eyelid she removed some small ones around my neckline, all of which has healed beautifully. All included in the 40 mins treatment price.
I just wish I had been brave enough to have this done years ago!
