I first attended Facemed in January to discuss the replacement of missing teeth and bone loss from an accident several years ago. I met with Dr Alex Hadley as he had been recommended to me by a friend. Dr Alex spent time listening to my concerns and talked me through different procedures along with costs, potential risks, aftercare and expected results. Dr Alex is professional and efficient and I felt very confident that I was in safe hands from my first visit.
I opted for a bone graft, soft tissue graft, placement of Implants and veneers and have had multiple visits over the last 9 months and at all times have been very impressed by the overall experience, professionalism of the whole Facemed team. Dental Nurses Becky, and Lilija and Lead Treatment Coordinator Jade and Surgical Coordinator Lewis are friendly, exceptionally reassuring and always go out of their way to help with any queries.
Communication via telephone or email has been faultless, the whole clinic is always spotlessly clean and tidy. I feel that I have had exceptional care throughout and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Alex Hadley and the Facemed team. Show less »

I came to Facemed following some previously poor experiences. Monica put me at ease immediately & was honest about what I could achieve. Monica is an expert when it comes to assessing your facial structure, treating your needs accordingly, and my results always leave me looking natural, youthful, and refreshed.
Combined with the facial treatments I have with Eleni, which have vastly improved the condition and texture of my skin, l now feel that my skin looks and feels amazing.
