The treatment was thoroughly explained, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The care and attention to detail were exceptional, and the results exceeded my expectations while still looking completely natural.
I now go back regularly for my treatments to see my lovely Monica. Honestly, I have never met someone who cares so much, and in turn I have grown to care for her too. She is truly an amazing person x

I absolutely love Monica, her work is amazing and so natural, wouldn’t go anywhere else! We also have been to facemed for dental work for myself and my daughter which was excellent all round!! Always happy with my results here!

You genuinely feel that you're in safe hands.

The entire team is friendly, welcoming and highly professional. They are always efficient when handling enquiries and bookings, and appointments run on time, which reflects the high standards of the practice.

The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, creating a very comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The dedicated on-site parking is also a bonus and makes visits even more convenient.

When you first walk into Facemed you feel relaxed and calm with the beautiful building and interior, also having its own car park for plenty of parking. I had surgery on Friday afternoon and wanted to thank all of the staff for their kindness on that day.

My surgery was delayed for 3 hours, through no fault of the clinic, and as anxious as I was all the staff I came into contact with were so kind and reassuring to both myself and my husband who was waiting for me.

I know that I was the last patient of the day and there was absolutely no rush to get me out even though it was a Friday evening!

I first attended Facemed in January to discuss the replacement of missing teeth and bone loss from an accident several years ago. I met with Dr Alex Hadley as he had been recommended to me by a friend. Dr Alex spent time listening to my concerns and talked me through different procedures along with costs, potential risks, aftercare and expected results. Dr Alex is professional and efficient and I felt very confident that I was in safe hands from my first visit.
I opted for a bone graft, soft tissue graft, placement of Implants and veneers and have had multiple visits over the last 9 months and at all times have been very impressed by the overall experience, professionalism of the whole Facemed team. Dental Nurses Becky, and Lilija and Lead Treatment Coordinator Jade and Surgical Coordinator Lewis are friendly, exceptionally reassuring and always go out of their way to help with any queries.
Communication via telephone or email has been faultless, the whole clinic is always spotlessly clean and tidy. I feel that I have had exceptional care throughout and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Alex Hadley and the Facemed team. Show less »

Monica is an expert when it comes to assessing your facial structure, treating your needs accordingly, and my results always leave me looking natural, youthful, and refreshed.
Combined with the facial treatments I have with Eleni, which have vastly improved the condition and texture of my skin, l now feel that my skin looks and feels amazing.
