Sapphire is a credit to the industry and I would highly recommend. She made me feel relaxed and at all times explained every part of the procedure. Cleanliness and hygiene are her highest priorities and the environment was calming and inviting. My lips look amazing and I am considering other treatments which is testament to her work!!! She talked through everything and made me feel really at ease throughout it all. Sapphire has also been so helpful and attentive with aftercare checking how I am and that everything is okay.
