Sapphire is a credit to the industry and I would highly recommend. She made me feel relaxed and at all times explained every part of the procedure. She talked through everything and made me feel really at ease throughout it all. Sapphire has also been so helpful and attentive with aftercare checking how I am and that everything is okay.
