Hayley was absolutely lovely - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Like Emma, she took the time to explain everything, making me feel completely at ease and confident in the treatment I was having.

The whole team is wonderful. From the warm welcome you receive as soon as you walk through the door to the expertise and reassurance from the clinicians, you instantly know you’re in safe, experienced hands.

I have been seeing Emma for aesthetic treatment for several years now.
I recently had the Co2 advanced eye laser treatment and I am thrilled with the results.
The aim was to improve the appearance of my under eye area and fine lines. My skin in this area is now much more brighter and has a more youthful glow.
Emma put me at ease during the treatment and looked after me well.
Whilst having the treatment is a bit painful, 5/10, it is tolerable.
My downtime lasted approximately 10 days. My skin immediately after the treatment was like having a bad sunburn but this settled after 24 hours. After the first 24 hours the swelling began to show and lasted about 4-5 days. My skin was very red but settled by day 6 or 7. Show less »

From start to finish, the whole experience was relaxing, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Stacey made me feel completely comfortable and explained each step as she went along, which really added to the experience. The treatment itself felt amazing, and my skin was left feeling incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing.

You can tell Stacey really knows her stuff and takes pride in what she does. There was no rush, just a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a treatment that felt completely tailored to me.

I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and honestly like I had brand new skin. It must have taken years off me—my cockapoo actually did a double take when I got home!

Just had my first facial peel with Hayley. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me.

My skin feels amazing already. So smooth. Only a little pink, nothing too bad. Look forward to seeing more results over the next few days, hoping it will look clearer and brighter.

I had a Wonderful first time here today. From the gorgeous lady at reception and her warm welcome , a lovely cuppa whilst waiting, and an amazing fire and ice facial. I really had a great experience. The building is also fabulous, warm, modern, comfy and just overall a really lovely place. Thanks so much for a perfect appointment!!
