I work outside and have never looked after my skin and suffer from rosacea. After looking up rosacea treatments, Emma Chan came up top and decided to get IPL treatment done. The aim was to improve the appearance of my under eye area and fine lines. My skin in this area is now much more brighter and has a more youthful glow.
Emma put me at ease during the treatment and looked after me well.
Whilst having the treatment is a bit painful, 5/10, it is tolerable.
My downtime lasted approximately 10 days. My skin immediately after the treatment was like having a bad sunburn but this settled after 24 hours. After the first 24 hours the swelling began to show and lasted about 4-5 days. My skin was very red but settled by day 6 or 7. Show less »
