I had my upper blepharoplasty done by Fabio 12 days ago and what amazing work he's done.
I am so happy with my results I highly recommend him.
I was a bit nervous about it all but Fabio and Cassie put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable answering any questions or concerns I had.
Afterwards and while healing the pain has been minimal.
I still have slight swelling and bruising as to be expected after just 12 days that you can see on the photos but I'm healing well and quickly.
I'm so happy I had it done here everyone is so lovely.

Waited a couple months to leave a review to see how it all healed. I had a few scalp cysts removed and with having long hair thought I might be left with bald patches. I decided to book a few months after being dismissed by my GP about a small but growing lump on my face. I was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady (sorry I didn't get your name!) I didn't have to wait at all and was taken straight in to the doctor.

Dr Bhatti was understanding and explained things very well. I felt validated and listened to. Due to the nature of the lump I have, he advised further investigation via NHS and wrote a note with info to pass on to my doctor. He also reassured me that it was not a lump to worry about which is something that gave me a lot of relief. I felt fully informed and there was no pressure at all.

He showed a lot of integrity and explained things to me directly. Although I didn't have a procedure done today, I would certainly reccomend, as I could have very easily been persuaded to book in removal but he prioritised me as a patient. If needs be in the future I would go back as I felt in safe, trustworthy hands! Show less »

From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, everything was handled with care, honesty, and professionalism. Fabio took the time to explain everything clearly and openly, which immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence to go ahead and book.

I underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty, something I had been considering for years but felt very nervous about—especially knowing the procedure is typically done while awake. However, once I arrived on the day, both Fabio and his assistant created such a calm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere that my fears quickly faded. I even got to choose the music, which was a lovely touch and helped me feel more comfortable.

The procedure itself was completely painless thanks to the local anaesthetic—I truly felt nothing at all. Fabio’s calm manner and constant reassurance made the entire experience much easier than I had anticipated.

My results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. The healing process was incredibly smooth—I experienced minimal swelling and didn’t even need any pain relief. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully, which I believe really helped.

After doing extensive research and even considering going abroad for treatment, I’m so glad I chose Eldon Aesthetics & Surgery Clinic. The level of care, expertise, and overall experience has been absolutely five-star.
