Waited a couple months to leave a review to see how it all healed. I had a few scalp cysts removed and with having long hair thought I might be left with bald patches. However Dr. Ahmad Faraz Bhatti did an exceptional job and I couldn't even see where he had performed the incisions. The whole experience was very efficient, well explained at each step and an extremely competitive price compared to other surgeries. I traveled up from Norfolk and wouldn't hesitate to do so again should I need anything in the future. Show less »

I read a lot of these reviews before booking here and know how much they helped me, so hopefully my view will help someone else. I decided to book a few months after being dismissed by my GP about a small but growing lump on my face. I was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady (sorry I didn't get your name!) I didn't have to wait at all and was taken straight in to the doctor.

Dr Bhatti was understanding and explained things very well. I felt validated and listened to. Due to the nature of the lump I have, he advised further investigation via NHS and wrote a note with info to pass on to my doctor. He also reassured me that it was not a lump to worry about which is something that gave me a lot of relief. I felt fully informed and there was no pressure at all.

He showed a lot of integrity and explained things to me directly. Although I didn't have a procedure done today, I would certainly reccomend, as I could have very easily been persuaded to book in removal but he prioritised me as a patient. If needs be in the future I would go back as I felt in safe, trustworthy hands! Show less »
