Extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had a surgery scheduled and I called and emailed ahead to say I’d be ten minutes late, and the secretary said it was no problem.

Yet when I arrived, Dr. Mokbel had already left - without any attempt to call me, even though I was waiting downstairs in the clinic. No one seemed to know where she was or what was going on.

I even took time off work for this important biopsy appointment that I’ve been waiting a month for. On my last visit, I waited 45 minutes for Dr. Mokbel, but she couldn’t wait ten for me.

Her staff, however, were wonderful and handled the situation as best they could — but the lack of care and professionalism from the doctor herself was unacceptable.

I still haven’t even received a call from the Doctor apologizing. Show less »
