I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Olivia James over the past two weeks. I first saw her for a skin consultation, and she was absolutely fantastic — she took the time to really understand my concerns and recommended products that have already made a noticeable difference. She explained the importance of a good skincare routine, especially when it comes to actives and SPF, in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely helpful.
I also recently had a skin treatment with her. I was initially quite nervous, but Olivia explained every step clearly, put me completely at ease, and made me feel incredibly safe and confident throughout the entire process.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again… I’ve always had issues with Botox being asymmetrical (one side always seems to take more than the other). I informed Dr Olivia about this, and the results were amazing - she was finally able to give me symmetry! She is also just great chat and a pleasure to have treatments with!
