I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Olivia James over the past two weeks. I first saw her for a skin consultation, and she was absolutely fantastic — she took the time to really understand my concerns and recommended products that have already made a noticeable difference. She explained the importance of a good skincare routine, especially when it comes to actives and SPF, in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely helpful.
I also recently had a skin treatment with her. I was initially quite nervous, but Olivia explained every step clearly, put me completely at ease, and made me feel incredibly safe and confident throughout the entire process.

I had an amazing experience with Olivia! She was incredibly professional, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results are so natural and I look refreshed (which is very helpful with the many sleepless nights I'm having with my baby!)

I have had one round of polynucleotides and one round of Botox with Dr Olivia so far. She’s been brilliant!!! From my first consultation she explained everything so thoroughly and talked me through the process step by step explaining everything. I felt at ease straight away. During my treatments, Dr Olivia has made the sessions relaxed and explains what she is doing and makes sure I’m comfortable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again… I’ve always had issues with Botox being asymmetrical (one side always seems to take more than the other). I informed Dr Olivia about this, and the results were amazing - she was finally able to give me symmetry! She is also just great chat and a pleasure to have treatments with! Have been seeing Olivia since she started her practice. She’s a very friendly & professional Doctor whose Botox results are genuinely fantastic. I wouldn’t let anyone else near my face with a needle. Highly recommend to anyone in Leeds… frown line no more!

Olivia is based in north Leeds and did my Botox treatment. I am very happy with the results of my treatment. Olivia explained in detail the how the treatment worked and when to expect results which made me confident it was right for me.
