If I could give zero stars I would.
Made an appointment post consultation for two months later and was given a very outdated piece of cardboard with an appointed time for 9:30 on it. As the appointment time came nearer I called persistently everyday for four days, no one answered and also emailed. No response.
At the time of booking I was assured I would get a text reminder of my appointment, which never came.
As I’m coming from far away from the clinic I left at 9am and received a call at 9:36am frantic saying that I had missed my appointment despite the website stating they don’t open until 10, which I assumed was my appointment time due to the website stating so.
There is was zero communication from the receptionist fidelma and to make matters worse, she hung up on me in the middle of the call saying I’d missed my appointment and promptly hung up while I was talking. I then called back and she pretended she couldn’t hear me on the phone.
Really bottom of the barrel customer service. It is a shame such a fantastic business is left in the hands of someone so incompetent Show less »

I don't normally review services but was moved to comment on professionalism, knowledge and phenomenal service of the team at Dermal Synergy. The initial telephone call with Phildelmia to book a consultation was friendly and informative. A day before appointment received a reminder text and on day of consultation was greeted at reception with a smile, immediately taken to treatment room. A large, clean, comfortable facility extremely well kited out. Gavin diagnosed correctly first time, explained treatment plan and unlike two previous visits to different GP's put my mind at ease, treated there and then and exceeded my expectations. 10 mins later arranged follow-up appointment which I very much look forward too and commend the team at Dermal Synergy for job well done 🙏 Show less »

The place is lovely, the staff are welcoming and very happy to take the time to explain the wide range of treatments on offer. Excellent! My mother was delighted with the voucher I bought for her birthday. The place is lovely, the staff are welcoming and very happy to take the time to explain the wide range of treatments on offer. I know my mother likes to go somewhere discreet for her treatments and Dermal Synergy is exactly that. She bought some of the skin treatments and has already asked me for another voucher for Christmas! She is now a regular client with Orla Power Hughes and speaks very highly of her expertise, her friendly and reassuring manner and the excellent value for money of her expert treatments. Show less »
