From the very beginning, the service was first-class. A special thank you to Arezoo, who helped me book my appointment. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

When I arrived at the practice, I was warmly welcomed by Dipen at reception. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service immediately made me feel comfortable and well looked after.

My hygiene appointment with Aayush was fantastic. He carried out Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Airflow treatment and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. His knowledge, attention to detail, and gentle approach made the treatment incredibly comfortable. The results were amazing—my teeth felt exceptionally clean, smooth, and refreshed. It was by far one of the most thorough and pleasant hygiene appointments I’ve ever had.

What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism shown by the entire team. From booking the appointment with Arezoo, to the warm welcome from Dipen, and the excellent treatment provided by Aayush, every interaction was positive and exceeded my expectations.

This is an amazing dental centre covering all your needs for adults and kids. The team at Silicone Dental Centre are incredible — always accommodating, fitting me in at short notice, and genuinely tailoring every visit to me. Dr. Abdi sorted my cavities with real skill and care, and Hawra the hygienist gave me the most comfortable, pain-free clean I’ve ever had.

The management and reception team keep everything seamless with reminders and support, and the whole space feels calm and welcoming.
