If Carlsberg did dentists ... the whole team is really friendly and helpful, from the receptionists through right through to the orthodontists ... this is a practice whose values are lived out through every member of staff, every communication and every exchange with patients. Every appointment is thorough and you feel like they're not letting you leave unless you are 100% satisfied and reassured about every aspect of your treatment - whether it's a session with the hygienist or a consultation about aesthetics. I had private orthodontic treatment from Gareth and his team, Andy & Nikki. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing. I was always fearful and hated visiting the dentist but his team especially Andy who I saw most put me at ease and gave a fantastic personal service going above and beyond. I can’t rate them highly enough and finally finishing with Aditi for the cosmetic work of a bridge & crown with some contouring. She was also amazing and gave me the smile I never thought possible. The dentists and all the reception staff are fantastic, even more so, if like me you're a nervous patient at the dentists. Treatment is as good as it gets, many thanks to all concerned. Our only disappointment is that we didn't attend the dentist during covid and then time slipped by without any reminders. When we did make an appointment we were told we were no longer NHS patients and would have to pay. With the huge costs involved with dentistry, a polite reminder would have been appreciated, warning us of this potential outcome. We get text reminders about forthcoming appointments, so I was rather surprised we received nothing regarding exclusion as NHS patients. I came to Dental Beauty Studio with severely crowded teeth and complications with my jaw alignment, which had affected my confidence for years. As a teenager, I’d had negative experiences with dentists who weren’t able to help, so I honestly didn’t believe it would be possible to achieve a good result.

From the start, Gareth and the team were supportive, professional, and completely non-judgemental. Gareth gave clear explanations and was realistic about possible outcomes, which really helped me manage my expectations. I always felt reassured and well looked after during my follow-ups - Nicky, who carried out most of my adjustment work, was especially friendly, personable, and made every visit a positive experience.

At times it was difficult to get appointments, which I think speaks to how popular the team and service are. The reception staff were always very friendly, followed up on requests, and called me back when they said they would, something I really appreciated.

My six-year-old daughter often came along to appointments, and the staff always went out of their way to talk with her and make it fun, something I really valued.

I’ve just finished my treatment with Aditi, who completed the composite bonding whitening and final reshaping. She’s done an absolutely fantastic job! I’m now able to fully appreciate the end result, and it’s exceeded what I thought was possible.

My teeth are straighter and much improved; they’re far beyond what I imagined could be achieved before I attended Dental Beauty Studio. I now feel more confident in my client-facing work and far more invested in my dental health.
