I came to Dental Beauty Studio with severely crowded teeth and complications with my jaw alignment, which had affected my confidence for years. As a teenager, I’d had negative experiences with dentists who weren’t able to help, so I honestly didn’t believe it would be possible to achieve a good result.

From the start, Gareth and the team were supportive, professional, and completely non-judgemental. Gareth gave clear explanations and was realistic about possible outcomes, which really helped me manage my expectations. I always felt reassured and well looked after during my follow-ups - Nicky, who carried out most of my adjustment work, was especially friendly, personable, and made every visit a positive experience.

At times it was difficult to get appointments, which I think speaks to how popular the team and service are. The reception staff were always very friendly, followed up on requests, and called me back when they said they would, something I really appreciated.

My six-year-old daughter often came along to appointments, and the staff always went out of their way to talk with her and make it fun, something I really valued.

I’ve just finished my treatment with Aditi, who completed the composite bonding whitening and final reshaping. She’s done an absolutely fantastic job! I’m now able to fully appreciate the end result, and it’s exceeded what I thought was possible.

My teeth are straighter and much improved; they’re far beyond what I imagined could be achieved before I attended Dental Beauty Studio. I now feel more confident in my client-facing work and far more invested in my dental health.

The entire experience I have had at the Dental Beauty Benfleet Studio has been amazing. Before having my braces put on, my teeth alignment was jagged and my teeth were not receiving proper care. Now, with the help of my ortho-therapist Andy, I am able to look at a straight smile in the mirror and feel comfortable with my teeth. He consistently provides a comfortable, informative and purposeful atmosphere, which is key to dental care. No matter what level of treatment you need, he is always willing to adapt to your needs and overcome any challenges. Andy, as well as others I have had the pleasure of being in the care of, are role models for dentistry as a whole and I want their hard work to be admired. Had nothing but a great experience here, had my braces for 2 and a half years and throughout the whole time everyone has been more than helpful, the receptionists, staff, assistants have been very patient.
