I usually walk in there petrified and walk out satisfied! Show less »

The reception staff are also helpful and friendly. I think overall, it's a great practice.
I had waited about a year to get registered with an NHS dentist and this practice was the first of all the local ones I had enlisted on waiting lists to call me (not through any fault of the other practices). However, that was just my luck and having been there for two years or just under, thankfully, I continue to have a positive patient experience.
Thank you to the team! Show less »

I saw Dr Suneeta for my dental check up and to book in for some more detailed work. Suneeta is always excellent. She’s done fillings for me in the past which always look very natural. I always feel reassured when I see her.

I also have to mention the dental nurses and receptionists who are equally great and help to make the whole dental experience a pleasure.

I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice. Show less »

Sharon the dental surgeon managed to arrange an alternative room so that we could manoeuvre the wheel chair. So far, so good. I must also commend other members of the staff; Iwona and Ellie for their friendliness and warm welcome on arrival. Highly recommended. Show less »

My Invisalign treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service has been excellent — professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Everything was clearly explained at each stage, and I felt genuinely well cared for. I’m absolutely delighted with my new smile and would highly recommend This treatment.

I would highly recommend becoming a patient at this dental surgery. The owner, Sunita’s personal approach is second to none, alongside Chitra, the dental hygienist. The whole process was very smooth and very professional. Dr Khan was very helpful and was thorough with all the appointments my daughter had and explained in detail each and every step of the treatment . I am really very pleased with the results of my daughter's Invisilign treatment. Dr Erum Khan made sure she kept my daughter feeling very comfortable. My daughter is very happy with the result and the treatment she had with Dr Khan. I would definitely recommend Dr Erum Khan for getting the Invisalign treatment. I would give her 5 star rating for handling the process so well and very professional. Show less »

To the point wheee I was quite emotional that a simple act of kindness and professionalism would have such an impact. Excellent and efficient professional service! All staff were polite and very friendly. I was able to get my dental work completed a day after my initial checkup! Mia and her assistant did an excellent job with a filling that needed doing. I was kept informed of pricing options both verbally and also through email.

The hygienist was amazing with him — very patient and kind. She showed him step by step how to hold the toothbrush, how to brush gently at a 45-degree angle, and how to reach the back teeth without pressing too hard. She also explained the importance of cleaning the tongue and using mouthwash only in the evening, not straight after brushing with fluoride toothpaste. Show less »

My wife and I (both 80+) have been patients at Crowthorne Dental Centre for well over a decade, and are totally satisfied with their medical proficiency and customer service.
During our latest visit we both had some difficulty climbing the stairs to an upstairs surgery and immediately the attentive receptionist suggested that in future visits we will be allocated to a dentist working downstairs.
It was a simple, thoughtful and effective solution to a small problem, and typical of this surgery.
Seemingly we are now known as, Ian & Jean, downstairs!
We recommend them strongly. Show less »

Very friendly staff. Polite and professional and welcoming.
However we had a 25 minute wait before being seen. But recently my husband was three minutes late for his appointment due to being stuck in traffic and his appointment was cancelled.

I had a highgene appointment and she was excellent. Very thorough and gave me advice. Very impressed.
My son however had a checkup last week and he said the dentist literally looked in his mouth and said fine. He timed it and said he was in and out of the chair in 4 seconds!!! I paid £27.50 for that!! Not impressed.
