This dental practice is amazing. The front desk staff are very welcoming, friendly, and always accommodating. I cannot thank them enough because I’m literally not afraid of the dentist anymore. It can be quite busy but you never feel rushed or dismissed. Brillant service, I been a number of times for myself and always is great! I have been taking my daughter and she is 4 now they so kind and good with kids she not even the tiniest bit frightened as it’s so calming and she feels happy there! Thank you for the great service.

I would throughly recommend the staff at Crowthorne dental practise, they are kind professional and efficient. I went to see Dr Erum Khan for Invisalign. She took so much time to create the right treatment for me, to ensure the best outcome. Consequently I now have brilliant straight, white teeth that look very natural, I couldn’t be happier. I've always had a great experience with my dentist and hygienist at this practice. They explain treatments and plans very well; easy to talk to, very approachable, professional and truly make you feel at ease. I've always had a great experience with my dentist and hygienist at this practice. They explain treatments and plans very well; easy to talk to, very approachable, professional and truly make you feel at ease. If you had any phobia of dental practices, you shouldn't do with the team here, given their friendly and approachable nature.
The reception staff are also helpful and friendly. I think overall, it's a great practice.
I had waited about a year to get registered with an NHS dentist and this practice was the first of all the local ones I had enlisted on waiting lists to call me (not through any fault of the other practices). However, that was just my luck and having been there for two years or just under, thankfully, I continue to have a positive patient experience.

Excellent practice!
The hygienist, Chitrangni, was brilliant. She put me at ease and explained everything in detail.
I felt very valued as a patient.
I was asked if I wanted to try a ‘new-to-me’ airflow clean. It’s a bit like a gentle sand blasting. My teeth have never looked so clean!

I saw Dr Suneeta for my dental check up and to book in for some more detailed work. Suneeta is always excellent. She’s done fillings for me in the past which always look very natural. I always feel reassured when I see her.

I also have to mention the dental nurses and receptionists who are equally great and help to make the whole dental experience a pleasure.

I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice. Show less »

My wife is in a Care Home and this was her first visit to this dental surgery. I had mentioned to the reception team that my wife would be in a wheelchair. Shelby had picked up on this when I visited on my own account recently and before I knew it had in place a ramp so that I was able to navigate my wife in her wheelchair. Full marks for that. My wife is in a Care Home and this was her first visit to this dental surgery. I had mentioned to the reception team that my wife would be in a wheelchair. Shelby had picked up on this when I visited on my own account recently and before I knew it had in place a ramp so that I was able to navigate my wife in her wheelchair. Full marks for that. Sharon the dental surgeon managed to arrange an alternative room so that we could manoeuvre the wheel chair. So far, so good. My Invisalign treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service has been excellent — professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Everything was clearly explained at each stage, and I felt genuinely well cared for. I’m absolutely delighted with my new smile and would highly recommend This treatment.

Excellent and efficient professional service! All staff were polite and very friendly. I was able to get my dental work completed a day after my initial checkup! Mia and her assistant did an excellent job with a filling that needed doing. I was kept informed of pricing options both verbally and also through email.

Today was Nicolas’s very first visit to the dental hygienist, and I was genuinely impressed by how mature and cooperative he was. He listened carefully to everything that was explained, asked thoughtful questions, and was genuinely curious to understand why brushing properly is so important.

The hygienist was amazing with him — very patient and kind. She showed him step by step how to hold the toothbrush, how to brush gently at a 45-degree angle, and how to reach the back teeth without pressing too hard. She also explained the importance of cleaning the tongue and using mouthwash only in the evening, not straight after brushing with fluoride toothpaste. Show less »

My wife and I (both 80+) have been patients at Crowthorne Dental Centre for well over a decade, and are totally satisfied with their medical proficiency and customer service.
During our latest visit we both had some difficulty climbing the stairs to an upstairs surgery and immediately the attentive receptionist suggested that in future visits we will be allocated to a dentist working downstairs.
It was a simple, thoughtful and effective solution to a small problem, and typical of this surgery.
Seemingly we are now known as, Ian & Jean, downstairs!

Very friendly staff. Polite and professional and welcoming.
However we had a 25 minute wait before being seen. But recently my husband was three minutes late for his appointment due to being stuck in traffic and his appointment was cancelled.

I had a highgene appointment and she was excellent. Very thorough and gave me advice. Very impressed.
My son however had a checkup last week and he said the dentist literally looked in his mouth and said fine. He timed it and said he was in and out of the chair in 4 seconds!!! I paid £27.50 for that!! Not impressed.
