I have a history of skin cancer and needed several moles excised from my face and body. Because I already have scars from previous surgeries and biopsies, I was keen to avoid more scarring on my face and neck.

After researching online, I found Dr Ash, who specialises in mole removal using a non‑invasive technique with minimal scarring. This was especially important to me as I’m young, have smooth skin, and needed a biopsy on my face.

Dr Ash listened carefully to my concerns and was highly knowledgeable about my rare medical conditions, which was incredibly reassuring. Learning that he is also a trained GP made me feel even more confident in choosing him.

Everything was explained thoroughly, and there was absolutely no pressure to proceed on the day. I chose to go ahead because I preferred private treatment over the NHS for mole removal and biopsy.

I was nervous beforehand, but I was made to feel calm and relaxed, and the procedure was surprisingly quick and painless.

My biopsy results came back very fast compared to the NHS, and I was relieved everything was fine.

Dr Ash kept in touch to check on my healing progress, and I really appreciated having direct contact with him rather than going through a secretary. It felt more personal and gave me peace of mind in case anything came up.

Because I have Behçets disease, my body takes much longer to heal so I was worried about the outcome. Months have passed now, and I’m genuinely thrilled that there are no traces of the moles ever being there.

My partner is so impressed with the results of how my skin looks that he now wants to have some removed himself for cosmetic reasons. We’ve already booked a consultation with Dr Ash.

The actual procedure was very quick with no discomfort (he injected a local anaesthetic into the 3 areas). The consultation and surgery were complete in half an hour. Dr Ash removed 3 moles from my face. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and was very gentle and kind. The actual procedure was very quick with no discomfort (he injected a local anaesthetic into the 3 areas). The consultation and surgery were complete in half an hour. There was no bleeding once the wounds had been cauterised, and although they looked quite alarming for a couple of days, healing has been very quick. After a week, there are just small red marks - and I'm sure they will improve further. I'm very happy with the results. It's definitely worth doing if you're at all self-conscious about any imperfections, and I would certainly recommend Dr Ash's service. Show less »
