I did my research and found Genevieve at re:charm aesthetics. I was impressed by her pictures on her website and the thorough descriptions for procedures and transparency with pricing. Just at first glance, it was apparent Genevieve took a lot of pride in her work and focused on natural enhancements rather than an “over done” look. I decided to book in for a consultation not really expecting much because I honestly thought my face was just .. different.

From the first consultation, Genevieve knew exactly what I was aiming for. She acknowledged the areas I wanted enhancing without making me feel uncomfortable or self conscious. She made a plan and I booked in with her a few days later.

I ended up having fillers in my cheeks, around my jawline, nasal labial folds and chin. I also had Botox on my forehead and a few other smaller areas. Writing it down, that sounds like a lot to have but you simply wouldn’t know it. The result is just unbelievable. After two weeks, Genevieve offered a review appointment where she topped up any thing that required it at no cost to me. Proving again that she has such pride in her work and her attention to detail is fantastic.

I went to Secret Skin Aesthetics for my first time getting Botox a few weeks ago and I couldn’t fault the experience. Nurse Louise was so lovely, knowledgable and professional, immediately putting you at ease and taking time to understand exactly what you are looking for and giving honest guidance. Beth is honestly an absolute star! It’s my first time having some botox and lip filler and as you can imagine, I was incredibly nervous on what to expect. Beth made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. We spoke multiple times on the weeks building up, whenever I had a random question pop into my mind, Beth answered immediately to put my mind at ease and explained so much of the science/medical side of things - which is incredibly reassuring! On the day, we had such a laugh and I felt so relaxed. Beth had 1ml of filler to use however she advised very early on that she will only be putting in enough to not allow my lips to overstretch, which made me feel so much better as it was critical for me to have as natural looking finish as possible. During my current healing process, whenever I’ve had a question, Beth has come back to me immediately to keep my mind at ease. I cannot recommend enough!
