I had never had fillers or indeed any cosmetic enhancements and so was fairly apprehensive at my first meeting with Dr Maria.
I was instantly reassured as I was listened to and not pressurised in any way.
I explained that didn’t want any treatments to be obvious other than to make me appear less tired. And that my biggest concern as well as aging, were the dark hollows under my eyes.
This is where my journey began -
I had cheek and tear trough fillers with no swelling or bruising.
I was so impressed with Dr Maria’s treatments that I have also had my smokers lines treated since and this is something I thought I would never do.
My under eye hollows are less prominent, I do not have a trout pout, skin has improved and I am wearing less make up.
The overall effect is so natural that none of my family including my husband have noticed.
I feel more confident and lots of people have commented on the fact that I appear to be getting younger - I’ll take that 😉.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Maria and will continue to use her services as and when needed. Show less »

I have been to visit GMA and nurse Kate multiple times over the years for facial filler and have loved the results every time, it has always been tailored to me and my requirements. I was really worried about getting it done initially, I researched and reviewed a lot of clinics before I found GMA, it’s a comfort to know that Kate has a nursing background with 20 years of experience behind her and is CQC registered. I even travel to Gloucestershire just to see Kate and it’s always worth it!
I was made to feel comfortable and at ease at the clinic and left feeling like friends.
I would highly recommend kate and would never trust anyone else with any treatment. Show less »

I’ve had Botox and lip filler with nurse Kate, and she also recommended chin filler, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion and made such a difference to the overall result.
I did a lot of research before choosing Kate, particularly because of the horror stories you hear about treatments being carried out by non practitioners or people who are newly qualified. I specifically wanted someone highly experienced and properly regulated, and I’m so glad I did my research. Kate is a CQC registered nurse with over 20 years experience in the industry, and I trust her expertise completely.

In fact, I trust her experience so much that I travel from Bristol to Gloucester specifically to have my treatments with her. She really listens to what you want and tailors everything to you, rather than taking a one size fits all approach.

She is an excellent practitioner, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! Show less »

Getting any sort of cosmetic procedure ‘done’ is always going to be something extremely personal. I spoke to a number of different people before I found Sarah, and I am so thankful I did! Not only did sarah completely understand what I wanted and needed, she also made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. I have had both filler and Botox, learnt about skin care, the best products for me, had chemical peels and tried skin needling. It is not hyperbole for me to say that I look younger now then I did 10 years ago, but it’s with such a wonderful subtly that no one could ever tell that I’ve had ‘work’ done! I truly believe that Sarah would never suggest or do anything that would not benefit me- I feel like that I am her complete priority, mentally and physically. I trust her completely with all the treatments and advice she has given me- because I look and therefore, feel amazing! My skin has never looked or felt better and my confidence is sky high! Kate has been treating me for over a year now and while I still don’t like needles I feel extremely confident and reassured with Kate doing various treatments such as Botox and fillers. The difference is quite amazing and has been very subtle so no one really notices initially but after time the compliments flood in.
Kate’s professionalism and knowledge are exemplar. I love her calm approach and the care she takes to ensure the treatment is perfect every time. I highly recommend and trust her implicitly. What I’ve had done has been worth every penny. Show less »

I can’t recommend Cotswold Facial Aesthetics enough - Raquel was so professional and reassuring throughout the whole process.
I had lip filler a couple of years with a different practitioner and found the treatment very painful and sensitive and debated if I even wanted lip filler again…. But with Cotswold Facial Aesthetics, Dr Jonathan Baker administered dental anaesthesia which made the whole process so comfortable - I didn’t even feel a single scratch! Compared to my previous experience elsewhere I was shocked how painless the whole procedure was!

Loosing weight is all you dream of, until you loose ‘volume in your cheeks’ - who knew that was even a thing. I started noticing my cheeks had lost all volume and looked flat in pictures so I asked Eliza and she was so good with dealing my apprehension.
