I went to katie for years while living up North and trust her completely. She is professional, very knowledgeable and genuine with her efforts to make sure you don’t get anything you don’t need or want. The honesty she provides is what all injectors should be like.

She is one of the few injectors that I trust (currently live down South due to work) Myself and my wife will drive up to Hull to see friends and book our botox in at the same time.

On top of that she is super friendly and a really nice person. So that’s always a bonus lol.

The clinic was spotless every time I went and the decor is very tasteful.

Gemma instantly put me at ease – she’s such a lovely, down-to-earth person, so friendly and easy to talk to. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, applied plenty of numbing cream, and made sure nothing was rushed. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none.

I’ve had Botox and lip filler before elsewhere, but honestly, it doesn’t compare. I never realised Botox results could vary so much – I always thought it was just a standard procedure – but the difference in Gemma’s work is incredible. My results are far more natural and effective than I’ve ever had before.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else now 🥰

Today I had my 2 week review of my Botox! It’s my first time having it I felt so safe and relaxed. From start to finish my visit was totally professional. Couldn’t recommend Olivia’s salon or services enough. Upon entering the salon is in pristine clean conditions, staff are so warm and welcoming. I’ve been once for Botox for a model under Olivia’s training supervision everybody was so friendly, put me at ease and I was obsessed with the results. I’ve had so many treatments here from Botox and fillers to nails and micro needling. Julia, Olivia and Chloe are just absolutely wonderful. Every treatment has been carefully explained, any questions are always answered and I always feel safe and secure. I always feel welcome and certain I’m in good hands. I usually don’t like going to any kind of appointment because I’m an anxious person but seeing the girls feels like a treat. The results are always amazing.
