Shoreh has been my dentist for a few years now and I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately puts you at ease.

The care I’ve received has been exceptional. Everything is explained clearly, appointments are thorough, and I always feel listened to and well looked after. Shoreh genuinely cares about providing excellent dental care and looking after her patient’s oral health.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I have a severely impacted wisdom tooth and I’m on a 42 week NHS hospital waitlist to get it removed. I called on a bank holiday in a lot of pain from an infection surrounding the tooth, after a really rough weekend of being passed from pillar to post with no help. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I have a severely impacted wisdom tooth and I’m on a 42 week NHS hospital waitlist to get it removed. I called on a bank holiday in a lot of pain from an infection surrounding the tooth, after a really rough weekend of being passed from pillar to post with no help. I couldn’t be seen by my NHS dentist 2 hours away in Nottingham due to travel just for them to give me a small dose of antibiotics, no professional cleaning and say nothing we can do until the 42 weeks is up.

Dr Shoreh Ghasmi fit me in that afternoon as an emergency appointment and was incredible. She was thorough, professional and made me feel completely heard — something I genuinely hadn’t felt through this whole NHS journey.

She did a deep clean of the area (something I’ve never had before with the NHS) explained everything clearly, and sent me away with the right treatment.

After reviewing my x-ray she also told me she may be able to remove the tooth privately but I would need to be seen by her dental surgeon for a proper assessment to double check - something I’m now seriously considering rather than suffering for another 42 weeks on the NHS waitlist.

For the first time in about a year, I actually feel like there’s a real path forward.
