I am so so grateful to Rana for treating my keloid scars on my shoulders. They were in a tricky area to treat, but she knew exactly what to do and instantly filled me with confidence. The results are incredible! I finally feel comfortable wearing sleeveless tops again and couldn’t be happier!

I cannot recommend Rana highly enough. She is incredibly efficient, warm, and genuinely lovely. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to and cared for. She acted quickly and referred me to a consultant almost immediately, which made such a difference and gave me real peace of mind.

The procedure itself was painless and she was very professional throughout the consultation. She ensured I was comfortable after she had finished and allowed me time to ask more questions.
