Napolina has a wealth of industry knowledge/advice and ensures that expectations are managed based on individual circumstances. She is also extremely sweet and easy to get on with which makes the sessions that much more easier to get through. The clinic is clean, accessible and welcoming. Paired with Napolina’s hospitality, the sessions are very comforting, judgement-free and easy going.

For starters, the location is easily accessible and the clinic is beautiful, clean, warm and inviting! Napolina communicated everything well through every stage whether that was the initial booking, the run up to the appointment, during and after the treatment.

I went in for micro needling and PRP treatment to help reduce the size of my pores, something my skin has always struggled with. Now, I must admit the treatment itself did hurt (I mean why was I surprised, my face was stabbed with loads of little needles) but Napolina was so comforting, helped talk me through it and even reduced the intensity on the areas that were most sensitive. She done everything she could to ensure I was happy and comfortable during my appointment. My face was a little dry for a few days like she had informed me it would be but she explained all the post care steps thoroughly and was quick to reply to any other questions i had after the appointment.

I noticed improvements within the first 2 days! I have included some progress pictures, picture 1 and 2 are from pre-treatment, picture 3 is from 2 days post treatment and then picture 4 is from today (10 days post treatment) you can see the difference in smoothness, brightness, colour correction and the reduction in size of my pores.

I am so happy with the results and the whole experience from beginning to end and I can not wait to visit Napolina again for my next treatment. She has a wide choice of treatments available and she is even looking to add a few more services soon! Thanks again girl xx Show less »

Firstly the aesthetics and cleanliness of the space, made me feel comfortable and confident that the practices and procedures performed were being done in a safe, professional and medical manner. This instantly put me at ease. On my initial visit there was a discussion about my treatment, expectations and the process regarding the procedure. I felt informed, istened to and the pre and post care was personable and informative.
Napolina is friendly, relatable and I always feel, like I'm getting best care and information from her. I'm usually skeptical thst Ill be forced into buying other products and services, but this hadn't been the case at this clinic. Napolina has clear morals and principles and wouldn't provide or suggest a treatment unless she thought it was necessary. My experience has been a good one. As a black woman I'm keen to support a business who understands my skin, hair and needs. Ayira provides all of this and more. She is such a sweet and kind soul, and I felt in such safe hands. She really made sure I was educated on exactly what I’d be getting. I left with more knowledge than I came in with, and she’s very caring and precise with her work as well. I will 1000% be coming back. It’s been 2 weeks since my treatment and I am noticing a massive improvement from my clenching, my headaches has reduced by a lot/ almost completely gone from the clenching, my jaw doesn’t feel as tight anymore & I’m noticing slimming on my face.
