Caroline immediately put me at ease with her calm and confident demeanour. She told me what was going to happen, what to expect and was more than happy to answer and questions I had.
The procedure was relatively quick and straightforward. The needles did sting a bit initially but Caroline had told me they also contained lidocaine so would also numb the area, which they did.
The effects were immediate and I was warned there may be bruising as well as swelling.

I also bought some more Heliocare sunscreen. Great product. I don't need to wear foundation anymore with the tinted one.
