The treatment itself was quick and gentle. I won’t see the full results yet but I already feel confident in her work. She also gave me her £50 birthday discount and a £20 referral discount because my sister came along and my sister loves her results and Dr Carol.

Dr Carol is now the only person I will go to for my treatments. She takes the time to fully listen to what her patients would like, whilst being able to use her extensive knowledge and skill to determine if what is being requested is actually both realistic, but also non-disruptive to the overall harmony of the face. I completely trust Dr Carol’s judgement when it comes to maintaining the look I wanted to achieve. She takes her time to make sure that she has fully explained how the treatment works and why she is suggesting a certain way of doing things. She is also so friendly and chatty and clearly loves doing what she does. If you are on the fence about getting a treatment or have any reservations as I did, then please do book a consult. There is absolutely no pressure to move forward and book, but you will be provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision. I am so glad I did book the consult, as I couldn’t be happier with my results.
