I received a high level of care from the full team. Wendy is caring and very personable.
My favourite thing about The Aesthetic Beauty Centre is the high level of professionalism and caring nature of them team.
Thanks to Dr Dutta and his team I have more body confidence now and for the first time in a lot of years I am excited about going bra shopping and clothes shopping. Show less »

I had been to some other clinics, but I was not completely happy and had a 'niggling' feeling and therefore did not proceed. This was not the case for the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. From the moment I contacted the surgery and spoke to the lovely receptionist to book an appointment, until present, I cannot praise Dr Dutta, Wendy and all the staff at both the Sunderland and the Newcastle clinics highly enough.

Both clinics are very easy to find and get to. They are set in old Victorian/Edwardian houses and still retain a lot of their original features and are very comfortable. You immediately feel welcome and are offered a hot drink whilst waiting or filling out the required forms.

The consultation with Dr. Dutta was very thorough and he managed my expectations brilliantly. He gave me all the necessary advice and more, to assist me in making an informed decision. In fact that I was so comfortable and happy with the information, I wanted to book in right then and there. Dr Dutta refused to do this and advised me to go away and think about it to ensure that I was making the right decision. What I may add is that the prices are very competitive.

I called again and I was booked in for my pre-op which was carried out by Wendy, who was also very nice, attentive and very thorough. All questions were asked, she gave me extra advise and really reassured me.

A letter was provided to me after my pre-op advising of all the dates and times for follow up appointments. I had to change a few due to work commitments, but this was no bother.

On the day of the Op, all the team were brilliant, Wendy was a rock and was so supportive. Dr Dutta also made a couple of jokes which allowed me to relax even further. Both the Anesthetist and Francesca, the nurse who assisted, were lovely too. After I woke up and recovered, I was offered tea and toast and my husband phoned to see how long I was going to be, he was informed the operation had been successful and what time to come and pick me up. He too was offered tea and coffee whilst he waited and Dr Dutta went to speak to him personally.

The care and the attention and aftercare are second to none. Thy are very gentle and even during recovery, Dr Dutta shows you how far you have come. Wendy is also brilliant in this area, very gently cleaning your wounds and giving advise on how to look after them or why they need to add further bandages.

I still have a way to go before I can see my final results, but I cannot recommend Dr Dutta, Wendy and The Aesthetic Beauty Centre team highly enough.

From my first consultation I was give all the information I needed to decide if the procedure was right for me & given great advice on what procedure would be best for the outcome I wanted, Through my consultations I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever in fact I was encouraged to go away and give some time before I booked in my procedure.

After deciding the surgery was right for me I had to take my husband with me to my next appointment this really put me at ease especially that the whole thing was explained to him and all my after care needs we both agreed that Dr Dutta was definitely the right person for my surgery. I had been for consultations with a few other clinics in the north east and had not felt at ease or confident in any of them I had also received numerous emails & calls encouraging the surgery something that I didn't with aesthetic beauty.

All my pre op surgery appointments went no problem at all I had as given a great deal of advice of what I needed to do before the surgery and on the day of the procedure. The day of my surgery I was in the waiting room of the clinic feeling quiet nervous & there was another patient waiting for a follow up appointment, we got talking and she reassured me & told me all about her experience which was a total success this really made me relax and I was please to have had that from an actual patient (the reason am writing this review to help someone else)

Wendy was absolutely amazing before during & after my surgery really keeping me clam and relaxed , the surgery went with no issues at all I went home and straight to bed with the painkillers provided. Dr Dutter phoned latter that night to see how I was & for the next few days until my 1st post op appointment at which point I saw the results for the 1st time. AMAZING!!!!!!!! I can't thank Dr Dutta enough for surpassing my expectations of what I expected.

The results are already exactly what I wanted, and it’s only been an hour since having Botox so I know it will only get better over the next few days. I’m really happy so far and would definitely recommend him to others. Show less »
