After only my first session, I have already seen a phenomenal difference. Areas are already patchy proving to me that the laser hair treatment is working effectively. Any hair that grows back takes a lot longer to grow than usual and grows back finer (ALREADY!!!). As someone with dark hair, my shaving routine took a lot of time and effort but after my first session I am already starting to feel the amazing benefits of this treatment.

Georgia made me feel at ease and relaxed during the treatment, which I really appreciated, and explained everything with great detail which left me feeling confident beginning the treatment too. I appreciated her honesty and advice during the process.

I am so excited to see the difference at the end of all my sessions as I am already super impressed after my first!! Honestly, this is life-changing for someone with dark hair. I am now starting to feel so much more confident in myself but also I am saving so much time. Thank you so much Georgia and The Wirral Laser Rooms, I can’t wait for the next one and my end results. Would really recommend to anyone who is thinking of it - it will change your life! Show less »

I’m a Mum of 3. I’m a size 12 but have to wear trousers of size 14/16 due to the size of my “mummy tummy”. No matter how much weight I’ve lost and how many sit-ups I do, I just can’t shift it. I came to Natalie hoping she could help me. Natalie is warm and welcoming. Just the loveliest person I’ve met. So caring and genuinely wanted to help me. I did the fat freezing on my stomach first, followed by a tummy massage and a trial of the EMS sculpting machine. I could already see a difference when I looked in the mirror that night. I was shocked. I am only two treatments in of the EMS sculpting and I would say my stomach is at least half the size that it was. There is a special deal on this at the moment, which I’m making the most of. It doesn’t hurt, it’s just very intense and feels like you’re doing a lot of sit-ups, but without any of the effort! You can feel it going deep into the core of your stomach muscles that no amount of sit-ups can reach. I also have abdominal separation (or diastasis recti) from my 3 babies that has never really knitted and after two treatments I can already feel a difference in that area, which in turn is helping my back pain. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results so far and I would recommend Natalie and her salon to everyone. 5 stars 🤩 Show less »

The staff are very knowledgeable in what they do, they talk you through the process and help you decide the best approach to your needs. An hour just flies by with Abbie or Natalie. I've had amazing results with laser hair removal and now just attend maintenance sessions. They do loads of different treatments I've been eyeing up. 10/10 would recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for the treatments they provide. Show less »

The laser treatment itself isn't as painful as I imagined if at all. I can compere the feeling to being flicked or a weak elastic band twanging you, and after 2 treatments I have noticed a vast difference in the area so it works fast.
Cannot fault a single thing they're absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend Show less »

I’ve been to this clinic for more than two years and trusted the team for hair removal laser. I thought maybe I just needed more sessions, so I continued. But unfortunately, I have not seen any results.
Some serious concerns:
They very limited in using the laser shots and do not cover all areas properly.
After facial laser, sun cream is very important and all other clinics apply it, but this clinic does not.
After more than 10 sessions, there should be a professional review to check if the laser level or treatment plan needs to change. Instead, appointments are just booked again and the same quick process is repeated without any review.
I am disappointed, because I trusted your clinic and expected professional care and results. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make real improvements. Show less »

As a local cosmetic tattooing specialist, I often see clients who want permanent brows but already have had previous work that I’m unable to treat. Instead of turning them away, I always recommend they visit you first — and the results have been incredible! 💓

A number of my clients have now been treated by you, and thanks to your amazing work, I’ve been able to continue creating beautiful brows for them. Your treatments are not only helping my clients, but they’re also helping my business grow too — so thank you!

I cannot recommend Wirral Laser Room highly enough! The girls who work there are absolutely lovely and incredibly professional, making every visit a comfortable and welcoming experience. As someone with PCOS, excessive hair growth had been a significant challenge for me, impacting my confidence and daily life. Since starting my treatments here, I’ve seen a massive difference in my hair growth, and the results have been life-changing. For the first time in 25 years, I’m confident going out without a full face of makeup and not worrying about the dreaded 5 o’clock shadow.

A huge thank you to the team at Wirral Laser Room for taking me under their wings and giving me my confidence back. Their expertise and care have truly given me my life back, and I’m so grateful for their support. If you’re considering laser hair removal, this is the place to go! Show less »
