I’ve been to this clinic for more than two years and trusted the team for hair removal laser. I thought maybe I just needed more sessions, so I continued. But unfortunately, I have not seen any results.
Some serious concerns:
They very limited in using the laser shots and do not cover all areas properly.
After facial laser, sun cream is very important and all other clinics apply it, but this clinic does not.
After more than 10 sessions, there should be a professional review to check if the laser level or treatment plan needs to change. Instead, appointments are just booked again and the same quick process is repeated without any review.
I am disappointed, because I trusted your clinic and expected professional care and results. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make real improvements. Show less »

I’ve had about 4/5 laser hair removal treatments with Mia and I couldn’t recommend it more, my hair now grows back really short, thin, lighter and patchy because some places just doesn’t have any hair now. Shaving is so much easier at the moment because it’s less frequent and I don’t get any ingrown hairs anymore. I’m booked in for more sessions and I can’t... Show more »

I cannot recommend Wirral Laser Room highly enough! The girls who work there are absolutely lovely and incredibly professional, making every visit a comfortable and welcoming experience. As someone with PCOS, excessive hair growth had been a significant challenge for me, impacting my confidence and daily life. Since starting my treatments here, I’ve seen a massive difference in my hair growth, and the results have been life-changing.
