This was my first visit for an emergency appointment, and I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Dr. Ricardo was very informative and professional, making me feel well cared for. Highly recommended!

Debbie was extremely helpful and explained my situation to the dentist Ricardo. An appointment was promptly booked with Ricardo.

Ricardo was very reassuring and he took the time to listen to me. He truly understood my needs and did a thorough check.

I truly felt heard, reassured and in the best hands.

I am pleased and grateful I found Willow's and Ricardo.

Excellent service by Ric who re-cemented a loose crown in minutes.

I have never once had any issues here; I’ve always received high quality dental care, by friendly and professional dentists/staff. I can only recall one cancellation in many years. The surgery is clean and tidy, we’ve never been kept waiting too long, and I’d never want to go anywhere else. I’ve nothing but praise for this wonderful surgery. Show less »

Yesterday I called for an emergency appointment due to a tooth infection, first thing on a Monday morning, and they fitted me in within 2 hours. Great service, thank you. Show less »

Went for a routine checkup but told my dentist I'd had some pain in a rear tooth. After my scrape and polish , he did an xray and it showed the tooth was in need of removal. Dr Tulacz said he could do it straight away which meant I wouldn't need to come back again in work time. Always friendly and helpful at the practice including the ladies on the desk. A v... I am 87 and disabled. Always found all of the staff very kind and patient helping me in and out of the surgery. It’s upstairs. Dr C Tulacz is my dentist. Been with him over 20yrs. Never had any problems. Says it all.

The reception staff have always been polite, helpful, and welcoming. My dentist, Chris, is both professional and friendly, and I feel completely confident in his care.

I saw Kamal for the first time yesterday, and he did an excellent job of ensuring I was comfortable and talked me through each step, which I really appreciated.

Everyone working there are so lovely/caring/friendly.
When I first went to them for a checkup and a scale and polish I was so scared, nervous. But they all made me at ease and calm. They took they're time and gave me breaks in-between treatments and it wasn't rushed at all. 100% The Best Dentist I ever been to.

Phoned for a last minute emergency appointment- was seen within 40 mins of phoning. Assessment of problem was swift and thorough- put my mind at rest. 5 star service

First time visiting here today for a tooth extraction after another dentist said they couldn't do it. Walked in filled out the forms didn't even get to sit in the waiting area before being called in by Chris. He asked the usual questions had a look and said he can try and get it out. I said yes try and he did within minutes it's was out. Chris and his assistant was very caring and professional from start to finish. I was in and out within half an hour. Highly recommended.

I was so taken back by not just the treatment but the understanding, empathetic and supportive response I received. As someone with only bad previous experiences with dentists causing a very real fear I was made to feel heard with my worries eased by clear explanations in a soft manner. I immediately asked if I was able to become a private patient as I have never been treated this way at a dentist genuinely feeling he wanted to help me not that I was just simply a pay check or shunned for struggling. Always very professional and never had a problem getting an appointment, even last minute. Dr Chris Tulacz has been my dentist for over 20 years and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent exploratory appointment to investigate the possible use of aligners.

The lady that conducted my initial appointment was very comprehensive in her explanation of what the process would involve and what my expectations could be. She answered all of my questions without any issues and was also very concise. Very happy with my experience. Thank you.

Just had an appointment with Kamal Kumar, the hygienist at the Willows, he is amazing. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Only a sixth month check up this time. No further treatment required at the moment due to the excellent procedures done by Hannish previously. What a first class Dentist. Welcoming and very caring. 👍

My dentist, Dr Jai Arhi, has treated me for some years and is currently supporting me and advising me on ongoing problems with an old fragile dental bridge. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very patient and considerate in exploring alternative treatments, all with a warm manner that is
very patient centred.

I had to book up an emergency appointment outside of my normal six monthly check ups. The receptionist was excellent and found me a slot with my normal dentist. My dentist had a good look at the problem and came up with a solution of using some floride to see if it would resolve the problem, which it has.
