In 57 years, you are categorically the worst dentist I have ever attended. I will give you one star out of five for your ability to perform dentistry and that’s where it ends. Your customer service, tak and approach is pretty much tantamount to insulting. Remember not everybody on this planet is on the take and people do pay for their services. You are there to serve the public for which you are recompensed, not the other way around, you remind me of many MP’s who are in office today. Edited. Following my initial comment, I’d like to acknowledge the speedy and thoughtful follow-up from Carmen at the practice. She was incredibly supportive and empathetic, giving me the opportunity to fully elaborate on my concerns, including previous experiences and the unacceptable behaviour I encountered from one particular dentist.
While I stand by my original comments regarding that individual, I also recognise that the actions of one staff member do not necessarily reflect the values or conduct of the entire practice. Carmen, in particular, demonstrated what true customer care should look like—courtesy, respect, clear communication, and genuine empathy.
Well done, Carmen. You’ve shown how professionalism and good manners can make a real difference.
