got tear troughs done by Vikki, then when i went back for check up after 2 weeks only half my dark circles cleared and the other half of my eyes had dark circles remaining. got tear troughs done by Vikki, then when i went back for check up after 2 weeks only half my dark circles cleared and the other half of my eyes had dark circles remaining. Vikki suggested that we did a little top up to clear the remaining dark circles. After a week a bubble appeared under my eye and i was very concerned as this has never happened before when i have previous treatment. When trying to contact Vikki to get her to look at my eye, she ignored me multiple times, then after reaching out again she responded 2 weeks later to advise me to get it dissolved and she would charge for this which i was appalled at considering it was a mistake made by her and she refused to see me before suggesting another payment for dissolving. I’ve now had to go to a different clinic to get my eye sorted in which they couldn’t believe how bad my eye was and had now cost me more money. Lesson learnt go to someone who will do it correctly.
