From the moment I contacted Tooth Doctor (now Smile HQ) to enquire about Invisalign treatment, I had an excellent experience. I had been considering treatment for quite some time but was feeling hesitant about taking the first step.

The free initial consultation was incredibly helpful. They carried out a detailed scan of my teeth and showed me a digital preview of what my smile could look like at the end of the treatment, which gave me the confidence to move forward.

Jayde was outstanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain every stage of the treatment, the costs involved, and the expected results, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable from the very beginning.

I have now completed my Invisalign treatment, followed by composite bonding on four teeth, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile looks even better than the digital preview I was shown at the start.

Jayde's level of care and dedication was exceptional. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and even came into the practice on her day off to remove my Invisalign attachments before I began the whitening process. That level of commitment and customer care really sets her apart.

A lack of urgency is very clear with the reception team. Extremely slow responses to emails which becomes so frustrating. The difference in customer service (even though I was paying private with my previous dentist also) was insane - from the phone to the appointment, everyone here is putting your comfort first. Your dentist is prompt, welcoming and walks you through all your procedures as well as available options, even if its just an X ray. I look forward to finally going to... Show more »
