I don’t normally leave bad reviews but……….
I booked to have extension they do gel which I haven’t had previously and instantly felt uneasy when I saw that it was a full nail like a press on, when I asked the young woman about them she didn’t give me much information about them after she finished I wasn’t convinced so I booked to have them removed with my normal salon 2 weeks later.
My therapist had NEVER seen extensions like what they had done and took ages long time to remove, it was very messy and very sticky and when finally I was free of them the damage done to my nails was shocking…., she told me that the extensions had lifted my nails and I now have to go back every 2 weeks so they can do work on them to try and save them her words were if I’d left them a month as I would normally my thumbs and index nails could of come off 😱
When I left my salon I went straight to heavenly beauty to inform them what they had done to me, concerned for other women and maybe there technic showed them my photos and all I received was blank faces no apologies they didn’t seem bothered at all!
I would stay well clear of this place!! Show less »

Jeeez, where do I start..
I came to this cute parlour, as a friend of mine had an amazing experience and her eyebrows were done really really well by one of the aestheticians. If I’m correct it was Rebecca ? So I went to book an appointment, got it for the same day, came back a few hours later (yay! Right? No, not really…) my appointment was 15 minutes late, which is okay, I wasn’t in a rush. Came in the room, laid down on the massage bed (covered with stained towels)… all good all fine, the Indian lady introduced herself and was pleasant and all, but then she proceeded to mix the die without asking me the colour. I did ask her and gladly she said it’s going to be brown as I am fair skinned and my hair is light. The same happened with the shape, but I didn’t really have any time to say anything, so she proceeded to do her thing… I hate being a rude customer, hence me being silly me put my trust in a stranger (never again). Just to mention, there was a very awkward few minute head scratching/hair touching session while we waited for the die to cure. I might be weird, but I hate my head/hair being touched, and I think that should be done with consent. It might be just me. When she gave me the mirror I honestly wanted to just get the heck out. I was like WHAT THE HECK MY EYEBROWS ARE A STRAIGHT LINE. She proceeded to convince me that she couldn’t do anything else and SHE WILL PUT A COMMENT IN THE SYSTEM THAT I WANTED ARCHED EYEBROWS. Not to be dramatic or anything, but I’m so so so sad. They will grow back, I do know how to salvage it, but when it came to the payment, she did not hesitate to take the full price, although I was very very visibly unhappy. Repeating she will put the comment in the system. And no, she didn’t offer to try to salvage it or at least to attempt to fix it. Cause why not! Great doing business with you, I’m not coming back!

Been visiting here for approx. six months now and have had a mixture of treatments done, everyone is just so lovely and welcoming. Becky is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond, I go to her every week for a treatment and I am almost always her last appointment of the day, its never rushed and she is always happy even when its past home time ☺️ Tha...
