I'm going onto my 3rd session of melanostop tranex peel for my hyperpigmentation. Dr Awan from the Manchester clinic went far and beyond in his services and this has been one of the best services I've had. At first, I was skeptical about the treatment as I've read that peels would trigger more PIH for a person of colouur but he assured me otherwise during the consultation. He also did some microneedling on the affected area, and really took his time on it. Price was also good (no extortion rates) So far I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr Awan. Show less »

I had a bad experience with this clinic . I was not happy with the results . I wasted over a 1000£ over the under eye programme to get rid of my dark circles , 4 sessions of polyneuclotides and 3 sessions of prf - no results at all - they said they could see it but there was no visible results or improvement at all even in the dark circles - I just feel like... I wasted over a 1000£ over the under eye programme to get rid of my dark circles , 4 sessions of polyneuclotides and 3 sessions of prf - no results at all - they said they could see it but there was no visible results or improvement at all even in the dark circles - I just feel like I literally wasted my money there . I recently completed the Miracle Eye Programme with Dr Awan and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I had concerns about dark circles and under eye hollowness, and the treatment has made such a difference.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the clinic itself was spotless with a really calm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr Awan was amazing – he explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout my journey, and his professionalism really put me at ease.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of appalling. From the moment I showed initial interest, I received relentless daily calls and messages, often around 8pm, from many different numbers. This went on for a few months. It felt less like professional business and more like harassment.

After the consultation I decided not to continue with the treatment and requested a refund for the consultation, as clearly stated on their website, what followed was a complete and deliberate lack of response. Despite my persistent efforts through phone calls, emails, and messages I was ignored entirely. It took six long months before my refund was processed.

This level of negligence, paired with aggressive sales tactics, speaks volumes about how they treat their clients: once they have your money, they don’t care.

If you’re considering booking with this clinic, I urge you to think twice. What should have been a simple consultation turned into an incredibly stressful and drawn-out ordeal. Businesses like this should be held accountable for their behaviour. I do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. Show less »

I have just completed my package to treat my dark circles and hollowness and I have never been so happy with a procedure and that is all thanks to Dr Awan, he is extremely professional and provides clear information, he helped me to customise the package to suit my needs and now I have regained my confidence as my under eyes look completely natural and is the result I was looking for.
