I have been seeing osteopath Joe regularly for over a year. My goal is to get strong in the gym, and this doesn't come without its challenges, but Joe has been there to help me through all of them.
During our sessions, we have worked on my lower back/sciatica issues, mobility, rotator cuff issues, forearm/grip issues, as well as overall posture and freedom of movement in both my upper and lower body, particularly to help me towards my strength goals.
As well as giving me fantastic treatment, Joe has recommended exercises and supplements to try between sessions to further improve my results. In particular, the rotator cuff strengthening focus has almost entirely eliminated my issues with several pushing movements, including flat and incline bench and shoulder press.
I am now seeing Joe fortnightly in order to keep me healthy and strong and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone with strength goals in mind who wish to have someone keeping their body in the best possible condition.
