When I made the appointment, I specifically said I have another appointment at 12:00 and the receptionist reassured me I will be on time and made me pay £50 in advance. I made an appointment for a laser consultation. When I made the appointment, I specifically said I have another appointment at 12:00 and the receptionist reassured me I will be on time and made me pay £50 in advance. When I came for the consultation, they made me wait 25 minutes. I told them to refund me the £50 because obviously they made me late for my other appointment. Of course I am still chasing for the £50 refund which they did not pay. Unprofessional and unreliable. Lenka was supposed to be the therapist and Irini the receptionist who even kicked me out after refusing to refund me and also refused to email a confirmation email that I will be refunded.
