Had an appointment with the hygienist Katie Booker and she was very thorough, giving my teeth a detailed inspection and cleaned and de-scaled as appropriate. She always explains each part of the process as she goes along. Her words of advice for cleaning and maintaining my teeth are very helpful and have helped me to have a better healer in my teeth and gum... Show more »

Appointment with Miss Booker was excellent. If you listen to her advice and do what she asks, you can make a real positive difference to the health of your gums.
She explains everything clearly and carefully. First rate!
The free toothbrush head and interdental cleaners are always an unexpected surprise.

I can highly recommend Springmount Dental. You will be well looked after as nothing is too much trouble. They are so friendly and positive. My experience is that you are informed what's happening during your treatment and put at ease, which, as a nervous patient is very important to me.

At my last visit I was treated by Emily, who I think I had only seen once before. She checked me very thoroughly and took an X ray of a troublesome molar. She said that I might need an extraction before long. Emily has an excellent ‘ bedside manner ‘
Fortunately the pain and discomfort has reduced a lot recently and I only tend to feel it now when cleaning the area .
I hope at my next visit it hasn’t deteriorated at all . Show less »

Springmount Dental is an amazing practice. I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff are kind and caring always have a smile on there face. Dr Malcom Campbell who did my implants did a wonderful job.I couldn't be happier. From my first visit he made me feel at ease. He really cares about his patients and that is so important.

Everyone is genuinely thorough, friendly, professional and they explain things clearly without pressure or confusion. Everyone is genuinely thorough, friendly, professional and they explain things clearly without pressure or confusion. It’s not like an old fashioned dreaded dentist appointment, it’s a health check for your teeth, mouth and gums with friendly professionals who only have your health at heart yet it’s all delivered with a friendly, warm approach. First consultation was thorough and everything was explained in detail. All notes and x rays were sent to me so that I could take time to absorb everything. Next appointment made to clarify my treatment plan and begin a full mouth transformation. Overall extremely satisfied and felt confident and well cared for.

I recently had composite bonding to my top front teeth to improve my smile, as over the years my teeth had become rather worn.
As soon as you walk into the Springmount building you are greeted with a gorgeous scent, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff.
Laura explained everything and did the scans for Youssef who did the work to my teeth. The process was done over a period of time and Youssef was very professional and friendly and made the whole experience comfortable for me. I'm so happy with the results.

I had a filling today with Dr Sam Atkinson and his nurse Amira. It was such a positive experience. I was treated with great care and kindness and the filling was completely painless. I was a little anxious beforehand but they both made me feel very at ease. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the excellent care I received!

Ok so I went to the dentist first time in over 20 years so I wasnt sure wot to expect or wot to do.

Was very kind & very professional i explained to her I have mental problems so im a little slow compared to most people.
But she was kind explained everything I needed to know & non judgemental
& helped me.
I was only waiting few mins before I was called in.
I was greated with a smile & introduced to the dentist again I must apologise im no good with names but I do remember asking him before I left if he was from Sweden as his accent was very familiar.
He was very professional got straight down to business & straight to the point on how things are done now.
He answered every question with honesty & professionalism.
& he definitely knows his stuff i have no doubt that it will be a good dentist see you all next week.

Went to my first hygiene appointment with Springmount today. Francesca was my hygienist and just want to say what a great experience. By far the most comprehensive cleaning I’ve had since I moved back from the states 4 years ago. Teeth feel and look super clean. Francesca has a great friendly but professional manor. Finally found my dental practice. 👍🏻

Had composite bonding done today, and honestly I can't thank everyone at Springmount enough, from start to finish explained everything in so much detail, Malcolm just made the whole experience an absolute bliss, and Laura helped an awful lot with the plenty of questions I was asking!
Couldn't recommend enough!

All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful waiting area, drinks offered whilst you wait for your appointment.

Excellent Dentist & Hygienists who take the time to look after you making you feel 'as ease' in a calm environment. The treatment rooms are very comfortable when you are having treatment.

I normally go to the Matlock practice but needed an emergency appointment and went to Chesterfield. I knew the practice standard would be high because it's the same group but even so I was very impressed. The staff were all lovely, professional and friendly, with a special shout out to Faith and her colleague on reception. Yousef was my dentist and he had the tricky job of trying to repair a snapped off front bridge. He did a fantastic and thorough job but more than that he was so kind and made me feel that he understood how stressful this was for me.

I know I've put a lot of detail but choosing a dentist is a huge thing and I've never regretted choosing springmount dental for my care, especially now I know that the amazing standards apply at both practices. Show less »

Omg wow!! When I arrived at the surgery it felt like I’d walked into a dream. The really great kind. Sophie and Lucy were totally amaze ballz and definitely the best dentist and dental hygienist I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone! The only regret you’ll have is not going to see them sooner 👍
