I had a filling today with Dr Sam Atkinson and his nurse Amira. It was such a positive experience. I was treated with great care and kindness and the filling was completely painless. I was a little anxious beforehand but they both made me feel very at ease. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the excellent care I received!

Ok so I went to the dentist first time in over 20 years so I wasnt sure wot to expect or wot to do. The receptionist who dealt with me I forgot her name my memory is bad lol
Was very kind & very professional i explained to her I have mental problems so im a little slow compared to most people.
But she was kind explained everything I needed to know & non judgemental
& helped me.
I was only waiting few mins before I was called in.
I was greated with a smile & introduced to the dentist again I must apologise im no good with names but I do remember asking him before I left if he was from Sweden as his accent was very familiar.
He was very professional got straight down to business & straight to the point on how things are done now.
He answered every question with honesty & professionalism.
& he definitely knows his stuff i have no doubt that it will be a good dentist see you all next week.

The Hygienist, Francesca is fantastic. I normally find the hygienist visits more traumatic than seeing the dentist but thanks to Francesca my visit today was a pleasure. Went to my first hygiene appointment with Springmount today. Francesca was my hygienist and just want to say what a great experience. By far the most comprehensive cleaning I’ve had since I moved back from the states 4 years ago. Teeth feel and look super clean. Francesca has a great friendly but professional manor. Finally found my dental practice. 👍🏻

Had composite bonding done today, and honestly I can't thank everyone at Springmount enough, from start to finish explained everything in so much detail, Malcolm just made the whole experience an absolute bliss, and Laura helped an awful lot with the plenty of questions I was asking!
Couldn't recommend enough!

All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful waiting area, drinks offered whilst you wait for your appointment.

Excellent Dentist & Hygienists who take the time to look after you making you feel 'as ease' in a calm environment. The treatment rooms are very comfortable when you are having treatment.

I normally go to the Matlock practice but needed an emergency appointment and went to Chesterfield. I knew the practice standard would be high because it's the same group but even so I was very impressed. The staff were all lovely, professional and friendly, with a special shout out to Faith and her colleague on reception. Yousef was my dentist and he had the tricky job of trying to repair a snapped off front bridge. He did a fantastic and thorough job but more than that he was so kind and made me feel that he understood how stressful this was for me.

I know I've put a lot of detail but choosing a dentist is a huge thing and I've never regretted choosing springmount dental for my care, especially now I know that the amazing standards apply at both practices. Show less »

Extensive discussions prior to and during all treatments to clarify what I wanted ,shape ,colour etc and how I was doing throughout each of my appointments. They incorporate the smart use of latest technology within their practice, which provides in-depth discovery and the ability to provide detailed demonstrations of the procedure during the consultation phase.

In addition, the flexible funding options for procedures and the overall high quality look and feel of the surgery, made it an easy choice to become my primary dental provider.

Omg wow!! When I arrived at the surgery it felt like I’d walked into a dream. The really great kind. Sophie and Lucy were totally amaze ballz and definitely the best dentist and dental hygienist I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone! The only regret you’ll have is not going to see them sooner 👍

My partner and I attended an open day. We were really impressed with the practice. Its a stunning place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not must pressure on your to commit which make us feel very reassured. Thank you !

I have been with the practice for over a year now and I cannot fault the team at all. The new renovations are stunning. I have had really great input from the dentists and hygienists and polite and helpful conversations with reception staff.
