I couldn’t believe how easy and pleasant my experience was. Went in for emergency root canal due to extreme pain, very friendly staff, very experienced dentist, reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

I went to this dentist around 5 weeks ago with pain in my wisdom tooth. They fitted me in for a check-up, noticed a chip, and said they would refer me to the hospital to have it removed. They also carried out an X-ray (for which I was charged) and told me I would hear back the following week.

After hearing nothing, I chased them on the Friday afternoon. The dentist admitted she had not taken the correct X-ray for a referral and that I would need to come back in. I was left in pain for another week before they could fit me in. When I returned, the X-ray they carried out was essentially the same as before, yet I was charged another £20 — even though I questioned it.

They assured me the referral would now be made, but two weeks later I am still waiting with no update or communication.

Overall, I have been left in pain, charged twice for the same X-ray, and had to chase for information at every stage. Very poor service and disappointing experience.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this dentist. Very professional, very understanding and very caring. I have a real fear of the dentist but they took their time with me and allowed me time to rest between parts of the procedure. Honestly, can't thank them enough for their time.

Came here for an emergency extraction. I was extremely nervous and every single staff member was so gentle, caring and understanding. I have been having on going treatment to restore my smile. I honestly cannot recommend this practise enough 10/10

They do make you happy with the service at the "Greeting" stage. Then, I paid a lot for very poor treatment. My two teeth required a root canal, but they just put a filling. The pain remained. At the end I went to another clinic. Would NOT recommend.

I attended my first appointment yesterday. All members of staff were warm, welcoming and highly professional. The dentist and dental nurse did everything possible to put me at ease. I was kept fully informed at all times and any questions I had were fully answered. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I had my first visit today-what a fantastic dentist! All staff were extremely friendly and the treatment was great value for money. The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly, discussed the treatment plan clearly and took plenty of time to go over everything. I even had a cup of tea whilst I waited for the dentist!
