Attended the clinic in relation to a worrying lesion under my eye which was quickly diagnosed and treated using cryotherapy. It was successful and also a great relief. Very grateful to Dr Robertshaw and her staff.

I have undergone treatment for skin damage as well as several minor procedures and operations, all of which were handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Helen and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and attentive. They take the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring you feel completely comfortable and informed. It is not my pleasure at all to give this otherwise-great clinic 1 star due to a rude and racist receptionist. The doctor was world class, one of the best I've had. But a receptionist is a face of a company after all, and being that way racially inclined (and visibly distinguishing treatment based on origin) doesn't qualify one to work in a serious setting l... I am very happy with my treatment at Southface they sorted me out very quickly, removing a large dark mole on my face. I thought it would cost mutch more than it did . I only which that I had been referred to the sooner by my own doctor. It was all painless and only took 15 minutes .

Dr Martin gave me a thorough examination of lesions etc on my body and used cryotherapy to freeze a few areas. An appointment was made to have a mole removed and everything was explained and followed up by a document emailed to me which explained the whole procedure.... Show more »

Nikki carefully checked me over and addressed my concerns with care, clarity and empathy. Her re assurance and treatment of the problem areas was both comprehensive and thorough and I wold consel anyone to avoid the very long NHS waiting and have an immediate consultation. Julia Martin was very thorough and professional in advising me with regard to a cancerous spot on my neck. She did not push me into having any imminent treatment and we agreed that I would return in a couple of months to have the excision if I have been unable to get a NHS appointment or be out on to their waiting list. Excellent services from Southface Dermatology. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they were quick to explain the procedure I needed to remove a wart from my thumb. The clinic is very clean and I was made to feel comfortable during each visit. I would highly recommend this clinic for your dermatology needs.
