I honestly can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted so warmly by Lucy, which instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, professional, and reassuring.
I visited for vaser liposuction procedure and had a lot of questions for Dr. Shahe. He took the time to answer everything thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease, and I truly felt I was in the best hands. The entire team was amazing, explaining every step of the process clearly and making sure I understood what to expect.
The aftercare has been exactly as described — minimal pain and a smooth healing process. As for the results, they have exceeded my expectations. Not only am I happier and more confident with the way it looks, but there has also been a huge functional improvement. After years of struggling to move my neck without pain, I can now move it freely from side to side, completely pain-free!
The procedure itself was quick, with minimal downtime, and I felt so well cared for throughout. If you are considering this treatment, I truly believe you won’t regret it.

The lovely lady who did my laser left the business and I had not received the full treatment that I had paid for so discussed a refund with skin medics. I have been trying to get my money back since November last year, despite being told they would refund me within 30 days. I have sent 5 emails to chase the refund and they have stopped replying. I’ve just had Lipo surgery in 3 areas and I want to say how wonderful the team were. I live locally and didn’t realise they do surgery. But I’ve just had mine and I’m so happy with the results.
