In my opinion, this was the worst cosmetic clinic I’ve ever been to. I left in tears, feeling like the results gave me a droopy face and completely shattered my confidence, after being recommended this clinic on Google as I was in the area visiting my elderly mother. The consultation felt rushed and cold, and I personally found the injector dismissive, as if I was nothing more than a quick sale. For me, this wasn’t just a disappointment it was an experience that left me embarrassed, regretful, and questioning why I ever trusted them with my face. In my view, this clinic lacks genuine care, professionalism, and integrity. I would never return, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Show less »

Gillian is professional, caring and very knowledgeable about the treatments she provides.
