When I visited, she was incredibly upfront about what would be best for me, even though the product was cheaper. I found that refreshing, as many people tend to push you towards more expensive options and discourage you from the cheaper one. She explained the treatment and aftercare in great detail. Anneliese also sent me a health questionnaire beforehand to ensure there were no risks to my personal health, which was another great sign that she is a professional and knows what she is doing. I have since asked her to create a personalised facial programme for my upcoming wedding, just as she did for me, explaining what I would benefit from, especially within the time frame I have. I can’t recommend Nurse Annalise highly enough. She’s always so personable, super friendly, and completely professional. I really value her honesty and her advice on realistic outcomes — she always has your best interests at heart.
She genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. When I experienced a little more swelling than usual after a treatment, Annalise checked in with me every day and even came to my house to make sure I was okay. She’s always available on the phone for advice or reassurance.

Anneliese is fabulous and very knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything about the treatment beforehand. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, very calming atmosphere. I will definitely be back, can't recommend Anneliese enough.
