She thoroughly talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with Anneliese at the Herne Bay clinic. From start to finish of my Hayfever Injection Treatment I felt looked after and in great, knowledgeable hands.
Anneliese was so welcoming, kind and caring. Will definitely be returning!

I had an indent on my nose that I hated. Anneliese was professional and very easy to talk to from consultation to treatment. I was very nervous about having a filler treatment but she explained everything. The indent has been filled and this has given me so much confidence. Something so small makes such a difference. When I visited, she was incredibly upfront about what would be best for me, even though the product was cheaper. I found that refreshing, as many people tend to push you towards more expensive options and discourage you from the cheaper one. She explained the treatment and aftercare in great detail. Anneliese also sent me a health questionnaire beforehand to ensure there were no risks to my personal health, which was another great sign that she is a professional and knows what she is doing. I have since asked her to create a personalised facial programme for my upcoming wedding, just as she did for me, explaining what I would benefit from, especially within the time frame I have. On a personal note, Anneliese is very friendly, polite and makes you feel welcome with her caring nature. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering any aesthetic procedure. Show less »

I had an amazing experience! The treatment was so gentle, and within just one week everything had settled beautifully. By the two-week check-up, I didn’t even need a top-up - that’s never happened to me before! I’m super happy with the results. Anneliese is fabulous and very knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything about the treatment beforehand. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, very calming atmosphere. I will definitely be back, can't recommend Anneliese enough.
