I had a really positive experience with this Shelley from start to finish. I was given such a warm welcome and immediately felt at ease. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and most importantly she took the time to really talk me through the whole process. Nothing felt rushed and all my questions were answered clearly and honestly. I really appreciated her realistic approach to results — she explained what could be achieved without over-promising, which made me feel confident and safe in her care. Decided to purchase a package of peels, facials and skincare from Shelly after she posted some offers. Shelley explained the benefits of the treatments fully and made sure they matched my skins needs. She is so knowledgeable about all things skincare and improving skin health, so was very reassured it was the right thing for me. The treatment was amazing and the facial included was so relaxing, left my skin looking and feeling amazing. Treatments have really improved my skin and my confidence! Shelley is very calming making my treatment a relaxing experience in her lovely salon. The Obagi products have been challenging at first suffering the flakey skin phase wasn't the best but perseverance paid off and as promised my skin is clearer and feels better than it has for years I am more than happy with the results thank you Shelley xx

I went to see Shelley after seeing her work .. I was looking for some natural skin treatments to freshen up my skin after having chemotherapy treatment. I was left with dull & tired looking skin . I didn't want to go down the filler / botox root so was looking for a practioner who specialised in natural looking results .I was so happy with the results after my 1st visit . I felt that I had my pre chemo skin back . I recently returned & had a couple of extra treatments, a light peel & microneedling and I am so happy yet again . I will not go anywhere else . Shelley is so professional and equally as friendly , a lovely lady . The clinic has a lovely relaxing feel to it .

What a lovely clinic.
Shelley tailored a treatment around what we had discussed. She listened to my needs and goals and was very knowledgeable. The clinic was a lovely, clean relaxing environment. Shelley explained my aftercare and I was super happy with the results.
