I have been coming to this dental practice since I was a child, which is a very long time! The dental care has always been and continues to be excellent. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. It's lovely to catch up with Angela when I go in as she's known my family for years. I had a brilliant dental appointment experience with Mr Hassan today. I needed quite a chunky filling due to a broken tooth, I also requested that it could be possibly done without Local Anaesthetic as I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't fancy the sensation. First time I've ever had work done on a tooth, let alone a big molar tooth without LA, and I never felt... Show more »

I had a brilliant dental appointment experience with Mr Hassan today. I needed quite a chunky filling due to a broken tooth, I also requested that it could be possibly done without Local Anaesthetic as I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't fancy the sensation. First time I've ever had work done on a tooth, let alone a big molar tooth without LA, and I never felt a thing! Both him and his nurse was attentive during the treatment and kept asking if I was OK throughout. The treatment was very gently done, explained from the start to finish, and different filling options given. Reception was very helpful (Yvonne and Sarah) at the start of this week when I contacted the practice for the appointment, and was allocated an appointment the same week! All the staff are friendly and approachable and make you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you all. Show less »

This practice is absolutely wonderful. (Given that it's a necessity to attend) I always enjoy my visits. From the warmth of the greeting from lovely Angela, who always makes me feel relaxed and confident, to the excellent staff in general. The waiting room is clean, calm and pleasant, with an enchanting small garden to look at. The treatment rooms are spotle... Show more »

The treatment rooms are spotless and brightly lit. The dental staff explain clearly what is needed and carry out procedures in a professional, caring manner. I always feel safe.
As a regular patient, I can ring up if I am in pain, or just turn up, and I know that I will be seen that day. In one case I arrived without notice and was seen before I'd had time to take off my coat!

My children & I have been patients at the practice for many years. The reception staff are very welcoming, kind and compassionate. One of my children has severe anxiety about having procedures done, the practice manager was excellent in reassuring us both and in making sure the procedure went as smoothly as possible.
