I am getting on a bit so I have seen a few. Visit today, everything was explained, clearly, precisely, Mr Rai's assistant, Vilson Hoxha was attentive, reassuring and friendly. All of the staff actually look like they enjoy their work, they actually seem to want the customer to have a positive experience. How many services you can say are excellent in these days of poor service generally. Great job, great Dental Practice! The best! Thanks! Show less »

As a very nervous dental patient I would like to praise the outstanding treatment I received from Willayat Rai and Hannah.
I was made to feel safe and was aware of everything that was going to happen. Thank you very much for your professionalism and care. Hopefully, I will not be a nervous wreck next time.

Never thought I’d say that having a tooth extraction would make my day, well done Haris you were fab. I felt at ease and not at all anxious. The dental assistant was also fab. Thank you also to Ang, the practice manager.

Overall, a professional, welcoming, and caring team — I’d definitely recommend this practice. Show less »

A lovely dental practice where the staff are professional and friendly.

I had to have a filling and Hassan and Emily put me at ease explaining the whole process and Emily even offered to hold my hand.

Angela in particular also deserves a mention who always remembers who you are and very helpful.

My dental appointment with Kirsten was on time. I find her very pleasant, professional and calming. Kirsten is very methodical with her work as is the dental nurse and nothing is to much trouble. The reception staff Casey and Sarah are very pleasant polite and helpful. I could not recommend the practice enough.

The staff at Roseberry Dental Practice went above and beyond and squeezed me at a moments notice.
They temporarily fixed a problem I was having to ease the pain I was in and then gave me an appointment within days.
Excellent customer care in my eyes!
Thank you all 🙏

In 40 years of adult dental care I’ve never had a better appointment than that which I experienced with Dr Bridgeman today. Not the best day of the year visiting the dentist, but I can’t rate Dr Bridgeman high enough. Thank you !

I had a brilliant dental appointment experience with Mr Hassan today. I needed quite a chunky filling due to a broken tooth, I also requested that it could be possibly done without Local Anaesthetic as I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't fancy the sensation. I had a brilliant dental appointment experience with Mr Hassan today. I needed quite a chunky filling due to a broken tooth, I also requested that it could be possibly done without Local Anaesthetic as I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't fancy the sensation. First time I've ever had work done on a tooth, let alone a big molar tooth without LA, and I never felt a thing! Both him and his nurse was attentive during the treatment and kept asking if I was OK throughout. The treatment was very gently done, explained from the start to finish, and different filling options given. Reception was very helpful (Yvonne and Sarah) at the start of this week when I contacted the practice for the appointment, and was allocated an appointment the same week! All the staff are friendly and approachable and make you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you all. Show less »

The waiting room is clean, calm and pleasant, with an enchanting small garden to look at.
The treatment rooms are spotless and brightly lit. The dental staff explain clearly what is needed and carry out procedures in a professional, caring manner. I always feel safe.
As a regular patient, I can ring up if I am in pain, or just turn up, and I know that I will be seen that day. In one case I arrived without notice and was seen before I'd had time to take off my coat!
I am extremely grateful for this amazing dental practice. Sincere thanks to all involved. Show less »
