I’ve had consistently positive experiences at Roseberry Dental Practice in Guisborough. Each time I visit, I’m always greeted by Sarah and Yvonne on reception; they’re friendly, lovely to chat to and incredibly helpful. They’re also great at getting you an appointment, which makes everything so much easier.

Christiana, the dentist I saw on my last visit, was helpful and considerate and really took the time time to make me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I was welcomed into reception by Ange the practice manager and was seen by Jamoola and James. I was welcomed into reception a professional warm and welcome way both were extremely professional. Thank you

A lovely dental practice where the staff are professional and friendly.

I had to have a filling and Hassan and Emily put me at ease explaining the whole process and Emily even offered to hold my hand.

Angela in particular also deserves a mention who always remembers who you are and very helpful.

My dental appointment with Kirsten was on time. I find her very pleasant, professional and calming. Kirsten is very methodical with her work as is the dental nurse and nothing is to much trouble. The reception staff Casey and Sarah are very pleasant polite and helpful. I could not recommend the practice enough.

High standard of care across the many years ive been a patient. Excellent treatment when required and a consistent committee to good practice and customer care. Communication and flexibility at all times makes this surgery a pleasure to deal with.

First time visiting the practice today they couldn’t have been more friendly. My appointment was with Hassan who was very professional. Would also like to say thank you to the reception team Sarah and Yvonne who were very helpful with any questions I had regarding my treatment. Highly recommend this practice thank you.

The staff at Roseberry Dental Practice went above and beyond and squeezed me at a moments notice.
They temporarily fixed a problem I was having to ease the pain I was in and then gave me an appointment within days.
Excellent customer care in my eyes!

I've been going to this dentist for over 6 months now the facilities are very nice ,lovely warm atmosphere, Angela and all the staff are very nice and caring, they go above and beyond to help you with what ever help you need. Thank you.

In 40 years of adult dental care I’ve never had a better appointment than that which I experienced with Dr Bridgeman today. Not the best day of the year visiting the dentist, but I can’t rate Dr Bridgeman high enough. Thank you !

I have been coming to this dental practice since I was a child, which is a very long time! The dental care has always been and continues to be excellent. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. It's lovely to catch up with Angela when I go in as she's known my family for years. I had a brilliant dental appointment experience with Mr Hassan today. I needed quite a chunky filling due to a broken tooth, I also requested that it could be possibly done without Local Anaesthetic as I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't fancy the sensation. First time I've ever had work done on a tooth, let alone a big molar tooth without LA, and I never felt... Show more »

Both him and his nurse was attentive during the treatment and kept asking if I was OK throughout. The treatment was very gently done, explained from the start to finish, and different filling options given. Reception was very helpful (Yvonne and Sarah) at the start of this week when I contacted the practice for the appointment, and was allocated an appointment the same week! This practice is absolutely wonderful. (Given that it's a necessity to attend) I always enjoy my visits. From the warmth of the greeting from lovely Angela, who always makes me feel relaxed and confident, to the excellent staff in general. The waiting room is clean, calm and pleasant, with an enchanting small garden to look at.
The treatment rooms are spotless and brightly lit. The dental staff explain clearly what is needed and carry out procedures in a professional, caring manner. I always feel safe.
As a regular patient, I can ring up if I am in pain, or just turn up, and I know that I will be seen that day. In one case I arrived without notice and was seen before I'd had time to take off my coat!
