I switched from my previous surgery to WP & I couldn't have made a better choice.
Very empathetic, friendly & caring.
I cannot fault them.

Physically unclean doctors practice with rude and aggressive doctors that go out of their way to not help you passing the Batton to other parties . Couldn’t get you out of the room quicker . The Waiting times exceed over half an hour to what your appointment time is with no apologies .

Always prompt and attentive. Good doctors who have been very effective in severe problems.

This surgery has been excellent for 30 years. I don't know who is writing the low star reviews or why ! I regard them as wrong! I find the receptionist always very helpful, listening, and sorts out any appointments. I am seen urgently when needed, or given longer waits if not urgent. They ALWAYS have looked after every issue I have, and seem to have good connections with the hospital. I always get the necessary hospital scans if needed. I thank them for all the help and assistance they've given me - I feel in safe hands. Show less »

I would give zero stars, unfortunately that isn’t an option. I wouldn’t trust them to show respect to a dead cat, let alone human patients. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I’ve been going to this GP practice for years now and I can confirm having tests done or getting checked when needed takes a fight, only not to get any results back. The doctors are not interested in doing their job correctly, the receptionist is unable to ever help, nurses don’t seem to know much other than what they have to do and you’re rushed around at all times. Waiting for appointments takes weeks and when you get there they rush you off in a couple of minutes with no clue on what to do next. I am so disappointed on people working there, on how they can sleep at night knowing they are not doing their job properly and vulnerable people are suffering from this as a consequence. Show less »

Absolutely faultless, quick to get appointments. Sarah and Carolyn in particular are wonderful and make you feel so at ease.

Staff is friendly. Physiotherapist is good. But impossible to get in person appointment. I’ve had hayfever for nearly a month and some terrible back pain needing meds few weeks ago. All they did was to ask me to go to a walk-in centre in city centre. Eventually I changed GP practice and opted for private healthcare subscription. Sad to see how the crippling... Show more »

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. The service i have received over that time is absolutely 100% from the reception staff, Nurses and GP's. They trat me with the utmost respect and kindness. I hope this corrects some of the 'negative' reviews which I'm sure are unjustified. A credit to the NHS

I recently had to attend the surgery with some urgency & once again I can’t fault both the Receptionists & GPs. My initial contact was via the online service as they request. I was then called back by them within the hour & offered an appointment for later that afternoon. I saw a new Dr who I’d not heard of/seen before. He was very helpful, supportive, & abo... I saw a new Dr who I’d not heard of/seen before. He was very helpful, supportive, & above all listened without my feeling rushed.
If I could give more stars to this Brilliant Practice then I would.
Keep up the Excellent Service. Show less »
