After researching and enquiring with several dermatologists across Central London, including clinics on Harley Street, I can confidently say that Dr. Bodhi’s service, attention to detail, and pricing stand out above the rest.

During my appointment, I received a thorough and professional skin analysis, followed by a clear explanation of the treatment process and realistic before-and-after results from previous clients. The level of transparency and expertise immediately put me at ease.

My tattoo laser treatment experience was a total unprofessional care and respect to my body. Dr Silva who carried out the treatments did not want to refund me in full at the time I had a case but I was not in the right frame of mind to go ahead with this and the solicitor said to me who I still have his details that I have a case but I was not in the right frame of mind to go ahead with legal action and I was told this is negligence!! butKaren Burke, Practice Manager and Dr Silva who treated me keep saying that I did not have a case and I took a calculated risk they say this on Google! They have no respect or care for patients and that a lot of the reviews they put our fake positive reviews. I remember coming to this clinic and the first day the doctor asked me to put a positive review on my consultation date. Can you imagine without having any treatment he was asking for a positive review! corrupt! Only cares about reviews and money! I have been left with scars that have not gone away over a decade ago pain in the areas numbness burning sensations and this doctor keeps saying these reviews are fake and having them flagged, I even reported this situation to the GMC who are also unprofessional and do not care about patience. Avoid this place if you do not want your body to be destroyed. Karen Burke, Practice Manager says this about my review on Google: We do have some genuine negative reviews and we regret that we are not able to satisfy everyone. When there is a genuine complaint we do try to resolve matters or provide explanations as to what has happened. However, with this former patient, it is impossible as he cannot accept that he took a calculated risk and that the GMC does not feel he has a valid complaint. Unfortunately, we await the next false review, but please do not be taken in by all that he has said. I only signed paperwork one time it does not give you the right to destroy the clients body and think you can get away with it. You have just told a big lie! Karen Burke, Practice Manager likes to talk about patients when she doesn't even know them and she wasn't even present when I was being treated people like this are only interested in harming people and their only gain is to make money and leave the workplace. The last solicitor that I contacted they filled up the solicitors head with lies and she wasn’t even professional enough to contact me back to explain the situation and PerfectImage consultant say the case was dropped They do not care about the patient or what they are going through and they like to tell lies! it was just myself and Dr. Silver treating me at the clinic when all the staff left and no other patients were present! I made a complaint and Dr. Silva did not want to resolve my complaint. They are all liars. They do not care about patients. They only care about money when things go wrong just like the majority of places they do not care and only very few places will care and want to resolve the situation and take accountability for their actions. This is Tattoo negligence. I have every right to share my experience with my genuine review that I can back up with evidence that I was a genuine patient and I am in my right to spread awareness so this does not happen to anybody else!!. I am writing to formally complain about my appointment on 26 January, when I attended your surgery for a wart removal with Dr Silva.

From the outset, the practitioner’s manner was unpleasant and unprofessional, and his behaviour made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. I did not feel at ease or properly cared for during the appointment.

Following the procedure, the wart did not heal properly, which caused me ongoing concern. I therefore returned to the surgery to have it checked. When I returned, I specifically stated that I did not want Dr Silvia present due to my previous experience.

Despite this, Dr Silva was in the room during my follow-up appointment, along with another female member of staff. I would like to make it clear that the female practitioner was polite, professional, and kind, and I have no complaints about her conduct. However, having Dr Silva present after I had clearly expressed that I did not want him there caused me further distress and discomfort.

During this follow-up visit, I was again told that the area was “fine,” despite the fact that it was clearly not healing properly, and to this day it still has not healed.

The impact and weirdness of this experience was so significant that I no longer felt able to attend appointments alone. I had to bring my boyfriend with me for support, and even he felt uncomfortable with Dr Silva. Based on my experience, I would not recommend any woman attending this clinic alone, or anyone at all, due to the level of discomfort and stress caused. Honestly I do not understand how he is allowed to work or do any sort of procedure.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the standard of care I received even a year on. If my experience is denied or dismissed, I am prepared to provide images and proof to support my complaint. Show less »

I saw Dr Bodhinayake (supported by Dr Silva) about removing a cyst on my chin. It was 4mm in diameter on the surface but growing and kept getting infected.

I wanted laser treatment to limit scarring as I needed to be presentable for work and upcoming social events, but Dr Bodhinayake recommended excision as the cyst's depth meant it was more likely to return with laser.

The procedure was quick, didn't hurt, and only needed 2 stitches. However, I was worried 2 days later when the dressing came off to reveal an oozing scab 3x the size of the cyst. After I shared my concerns with Dr Bodhinayake, she squeezed me in for a quick appointment and reassured me it was going as planned.

Sure enough, a week after the procedure, she removed the stitches with the loose scab to reveal a faint 4mm x 1mm scar. She warned me pre-surgery that the scar may be indented, but it's so shallow you can only see it close up in direct light. Now it's 5 months later and the tiny scar is only noticeable if you stare at it. It's a big improvement and I only wish I'd seen Dr Bodhinayake sooner.

Overall, I'm delighted with the results, very happy with the standard of customer care, and satisfied that the cost was reasonable and competitive (I'd done my research). I'd happily recommend this clinic and Dr Bodhinayake who is friendly, reassuring, and clearly cares about her customers. Show less »

Because the mole was in such a delicate area, they were realistic with me about the outcome and didn’t try to sell me on “perfect” results. I really appreciated that honesty, and unlike other places I had been to where it felt like they only cared about money, here they gave me time to think about it and decide for myself. That alone made me feel really comfortable and confident in going ahead with them.

When I came back and booked my appointment, everything went so smoothly. The procedure itself was quick, easy, and completely painless, with everything explained clearly to me. That was in May. After about three months, I noticed the mole starting to come back a little and felt a bit worried, but the doctor was amazing once again — she reassured me that I could come back anytime. Once again, the consultation and care were excellent, and the whole experience made me feel reassured and well looked after.
