I had been thinking about fixing my teeth for around five years — mainly for medical reasons rather than cosmetic ones — but I kept putting it off. From the moment I had my free consultation at Peartree Clinic, I knew I was finally in the right place.

Christie spent a long time explaining everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions with so much patience and care. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident about starting my Invisalign journey.

Dr Chris has been an absolute pleasure throughout the whole process. He always put me at ease and somehow managed to make me laugh at every appointment, which made such a difference. The whole team has been professional, supportive and genuinely caring from start to finish.

I am beyond happy with my results and so glad I made the decision to go ahead with treatment. If you’re considering Invisalign, I can’t recommend Peartree Clinic enough — definitely book a consultation, you won’t regret it! Show less »

My dad had a dentist appointment last week and I must say that the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and patient. The clinic is pristine. Whoever is the cleaner here. They have done a remarkable job and needs a pay rise. Now going back to the dental clinic. There must be at least three rooms for the dentist to do their work. If you're not a fan of denti... From my very first consultation, Christie supported me every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole Invisalign journey feel straightforward.

When it came to my treatment, Chris was absolutely brilliant. My Invisalign and tooth whitening results have completely exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely over the moon with the outcome ,my teeth look amazing and I feel so much more confident.

I came here after a friend recommended them for Invisalign and I honestly didn’t realise what I was missing until I started treatment.

The whole team has been fantastic from start to finish.

I’ll definitely be returning for my routine appointments. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Show less »

Dr Cindy and her assistant Donna were lovely and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. I've had an old fixed retainer removed and my teeth feel so smooth. We saw a scan afterwards and the result looked amazing! We were able to discuss my other teeth from the scan and I feel so well informed about my oral health. Thank you Dr Cindy Xie

There was an incident with the hygienist breaking her finger, so the appointments were delayed by 2 months. When I asked for my following appointments to be made 6 months from the date of the intended initial appointments, rather than 6 months from the new appointment dates, all hell breaks loose. 2 months late is 2 months lost. There was an incident with the hygienist breaking her finger, so the appointments were delayed by 2 months. When I asked for my following appointments to be made 6 months from the date of the intended initial appointments, rather than 6 months from the new appointment dates, all hell breaks loose. 2 months late is 2 months lost. But they refused to recognise that, instead insinuating that my projections are extreme and that no appointments would ever be lost despite delays.

When cancelling they tried to retrospectively compare the value of treatments received with instalments paid and invoice the difference. I checked the T&Cs and that's not a thing.

They replied that as a good will gesture they won't charge me. What they've done is relabel a contractual obligation as "goodwill". I didn't ask for a favour, I didn't negotiate a discount, I correctly applied the contract and they backed off. Saying it is goodwill implies they were entitled to charge me, but are being kind. That's not true. They backed down because they couldn't justify the charge under their own terms.

If I hadn't pushed back, they would've quietly overcharged me. Similarly to how they will let your appointments run late so you end up missing out. These are not mistakes. They're business practices that reply on people not understanding the contract.

When their website talks about patient first care and then internally their first instinct is "Let's see if they'll pay the list price difference", that's not customer service. That's revenue optimisation by confusion. Show less »

The dental nurse Jade has been lovely too along with the helpful reception team. Chris and his team have been brilliant from start to finish with my Invisalign treatment plus some crown & veneer work. Chris has been very informative throughout. His knowledge and experience has made the whole process smooth and easy. I’m delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Peartree Dental Clinic.

By far the best Dental experience I have ever had, Ash is so calm and willing to help and listen and does not put you under pressure to get work done so makes it very much affordable.

The receptionists are very polite and welcoming.

I would recommend signing up to the monthly plan as this helps with payments etc

Clean and tidy and relaxing waiting area.

The treatment itself was very easy and any questions I had, they were only a message/phone call away (not that I had any - everything was explained well in advance by the team). I completed the treatment at home and only had to go into the clinic in the beginning and a couple times at the end. So for those of you that lead a busy lifestyle - this treatment would be perfect for you. They both made me feel at ease throughout and I am delighted with my final results. They took a shy smiler and turned her into a confident one and for that, I cannot thank them all enough. I visited the Pear Tree Dental Clinic over a year ago now and since then I have had both my Invisalign and composite vaneer treatments from them. It was one of the best dentistry experiences i could have asked for and everything and everyone was so professional and especially at the end when i had my teeth bonded over they was done to an immaculate level.... Been seeing Chris at this surgery for years and can't recommend enough. Lovely staff. Great service. Always kind and helpful even when I'm stressing about my appointments. The only dentists I will go to!

My son has a physical and neurological condition. He uses a wheelchair. The surgery is spotlessly clean, modern and accessible for him.

This is hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient dentist(Dr Chris) I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean... cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient dentist(Dr Chris) I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean... You don't even feel like you're at the dentist. But even better than that the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable every-time I went for a visit.
