I don't usually leave reviews but this felt necessary. Today was my first visit to this salon and I have drove past it many, many times. I only booked in for a gel removal after I was let down by my usual nail lady, who then couldn't fit in me in again any time soon for an event coming up. Despite my appointment being a simple gel removal, and first visit to this salon, it was possibly the best, most gentle and non damaging gel removal I've ever had on my nails. The overall care to my nails was also a lot more gentle and kind than I have experienced before and I didn't leave with painful cuticles!!

Both the beauticians were very warm and welcoming and I will definitely be back here when I am ready for some new gel nails again.

Thank you so much for such a lovely welcoming atmosphere to this salon as I also had my very young baby with me who thankfully slept very well throughout the appointment.

Scared to speak so highly of you in case I then start to struggle to get appointments here instead!!! :-) x Show less »

I first had my consultation with Jo where we went over everything including what my main problem areas were, my current skin routine and lifestyle. I was guided to skincare that better suited my needs and booked treatments that would help my concerns as well as future treatments.

As someone who knows nothing about beauty I was so happy to have someone guide me through what I needed, not just someone who wanted to take my money for any treatment. Have since re purchased the skin care as well as booking in future treatments! 💕 Show less »

As soon as we walked in Lily walked past us without acknowledging. throughout the treatments she barley made any conversation and was more engaged with a different client. i booked in over the phone with a manicure making sure it would include a hand massage but this was not included despite checking on the phone. I asked for white tips matching my toes and Lily stated she wouldn’t have time to do that despite starting our treatment late and not having the full hour for the manicure even though it states it’s an hour this was due to her giving us a file and polish despite booking in for a manicure. She didn’t explain the process unless I asked what things were just sitting in silence she seemed quite reluctant to have a conversation despite my attempts. I clearly asked for a gel manicure weeks instead advance on my booking and Lily stated multiple times once I was there she wouldn’t have time. This made me feel rushed. I was charged for a manicure and pedicure even though I didn’t receive that, in all fairness the paintwork was nice but the process was not completed and no foot massage despite being stated in the description when I booked it. Overall a poor experience dealt with poorly by Lily I would not recommend. Show less »

I have been to No 37 for a number of beauty treatments including Environ facials, pedicures and eye lash defining. The salon is beautifully designed which makes you feel relaxed and calm as soon as you walk through the door.
