I’ve been going to Nelly for both my eyebrows and laser treatment for a few years now. My laser treatment has really worked for me (would deffo recommend) and has been a painless and easy process. My mum came into get her eyebrows tinted. New to this sort of thing, she took Nelly's guidance. My poor mum left with one eyebrow twice the size of the other when she questioned it, she was told it would settle down. Both eyebrows were patchy and quite frankly awful, and I felt bad for my mum, who wanted to get confidence from having this done. Overall she was made to feel like her opinion and satisfaction didnt matter
Mum phoned for another appointment, and advice. Nellly didn't even have the curtesy to return her calls. Just ignored her. Extremely bad service on all counts. Please go somewhere where people know they are doing, and want to help and look after their customers. I'd go for no stars, but then couldn't write this review!! Show less »

I just reached home after having a waxing session for my arms, legs and under arms with Isabel was no less than perfect! Despite my lack of experience in having waxed, Isabel made me feel extremely comfortable and made always checked to see if there were any stray hairs.
